The food is always good and the atmosphere is better since they redid the dining room but the service here is an issue. 90% of the time I go here no matter how big or small my order is, they mess something up. Either forget something or give the wrong item. It’s frustrating because I go to the drive thru for convenience and I always have to go back into the store to get the order corrected.

Last time this Wendy’s gets my money last time ordered the biggie deals 2 of them they forget a whole chicken nuggets order which was for my son getting out of school his other brother ate already when I noticed other one the never put in bag , NOW AGAIN THEY FORGET A ORDER OF NUGGETS luckily I checked before leaving when in and got the nuggets fast forward to now I ordered a blt chicken sandwich they gave me a chicken sandwich with lettuce n Mayo …. never again worse Wendy’s on the island by far

Went through the drive-through, did not receive any napkins nor a straw for the Frosty. Did not find out until we got to the park. What a disaster!! You would think napkins and a straw would be included in a takeout order. So upset!!
