Well, I’ll leave this review just because it’s actually a great place for a good coffee at a very decent price! I find it hard to pay 4 dollars for a plain american coffee and here you get it for a little more than just 1 dollar and it’s good! I know, you usually go to Wendy’s for fast food, but I’ll actually recommend it for a fast drink!

Horrible service! I was standing there for 10 to 15 minutes at the cash register waiting for someone to take my order. (Mind you, I’M THE ONLY ONE THERE). NOBODY came to take my order until one lady there came up to do something, and, as I was about to place my order. She said, “ I am not taking orders” and then she proceeds to say…” This lady is taking orders” (mind you that lady she was talking about WAS ALREADY IN FRONT THE WHOLE TIME), and when she told me that a WHOLE LINE OF PEOPLE came and the lady THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE MY ORDER A LONG TIME AGO STARTED TAKING THE OTHER PEOPLE’S ORDERS. BAD SERVICE!

Use the mobile order to show they I made a order at their location they said I didn’t literally showed they it was their address and that I paid for it they refused to make my order even tho again it literally shows them I made it for their location they were not helpful and not accommodating at all highly recommend to go to any other restaurant in the mall

I work with adults with autism. I came in with two of the people I support to walk around the mall and they decided they wanted to eat at the food court. One of the girls wanted Wendy’s. Both the girls I support are fully capable of ordering independently. They do not need me with them. When we met at our table one of the girls noticed she was given the wrong thing. Anytime she gets Wendy’s she gets the same thing even if I’m not next to her. I went with her back to the counter and explained politely what happened. I don’t know if this lady was a manager or not but she immediately scoffed and rolled her eyes. I explained that she ordered chicken nuggets and not a burger. The lady asked to see the receipt while getting more annoyed and unnecessarily rude. It said burger on the receipt and I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt that it was a little loud and maybe my participant spoke too low and it was misheard or someone hit the wrong thing. The lady got annoyed and started complaining and got my participant what she ordered. Then turned to me and said “you need to order with her because she clearly doesn’t know what she wants.” I told her she always gets chicken nuggets regardless of if I am with her or not. This mistreatment was unwarranted

Nora had a very nice and caring aura. Her customer service was great I could feel her attentiveness from the start and once I came to the window she followed through and did a great job customer service wise. My partner and I got two baconator breakfast combos and it was delicious. The frosty was good too. I will be coming again because of Nora

Always Hot Fresh and Accurate orders. Great service every time, especially at the Drive-Thru. The modernized Dining Room is popluar for dining here.
Parking lot is available but parking can sometimes be limited.
Be cautious at the entrance location on Old Country Road.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Their service here is horrible. They are extremely slow. And the food, something is always wrong. Whether it’s getting uncooked nuggets, too much ranch squirted on your sandwich that it is so messy, they giving you half a chicken on your breakfast sandwich, or them only half filling your fries. Never again!! Done with this place.
