Nice new upgraded Wendy styling. The service was very quick and seemed to be pretty efficient. The place was kept very clean even during the lunch time rush. I would recommend this Wendy’s over the down the road fast food place and there is a decent little outdoor area to sit outside, although your right next to the road and parking lot so it is what it is

There has been numerous occasions where they have screwed up my order I.e given me the wrong sandwich on at least 3 or 4 different occasions and blatantly forgets to put certain ingredients in their food. I’m supposed to come here expecting a quick and easy meal not to wonder whether they will screw up my meal. Get your game up.

By far the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. I was unable to order from the app due to an error so I went inside to order. I ordered in the afternoon around 4pm and the person who took my order was named Kimberly.
I asked for a 4.44 Cheeseburger biggie bag with the ingredients edited to my favor, but the employee straight up refused me to edit the ingredients even though I could have done so from the app, I was only allowed to remove ingredients. I then asked to change my order to a double stack biggie bag and she responded rudely by saying “You’ve got to make a decision”.
I wasn’t allowed to add ingredients to my double stack either, but that wasn’t the worst part. Even though I asked for a Double Stack, I was upcharged to a Bacon Double Stack without my knowledge. Very disrespectful service from a franchise that has better quality food in comparison to other wendy’s chains.

Received Wrong order. Ordered chicken sandwich and got some beef burger which tasted absolutely disgusting and had to throw it away. Called them 3 times to complain because this is not the first time they got my order wrong and they hung up right away. Absolute waste of my money and do not recommend.
