This Location is very busy throughout the day. Computer always had issues with rewards or taking credit cards. If you went to the drive through orders were messed up. After getting better managers they definitely have gotten better with cleanliness and orders. Staff or more respectable. Avoid during after school since kids may hang out there. They do provide parking but maybe just a handful is spots.

Waited over ten minutes extra cause the kiosk didn’t print receipt and I guess they couldn’t locate my simple order. After repeating myself 5 times they ask for bank app transaction for one of the managers to notice the order was on the screen the whole time. Even the ticket number was the only I mentioned for 5 minutes. What made it worse is that the burger was lukewarm, soggy with ketchup and mayo and the buns just falling apart. Fries of course not hot. Worse Wendy’s I been to and I love this chain

To the supervisor of this Wendy’s, let me begin by saying that the disorganization is terrible. Your employees are rude and use foul language. When a customer asks a question, they respond with a negative attitude. Furthermore, I’ll tell you that not everyone who goes there knows how to order using the self-service kiosk; some do, some don’t. Your employees see customers waiting to order and ignore them. There are about eight employees all busy taking orders and making faces and smiling at the delivery men. I’ve seen several customers leave without ordering; even I’ve had to leave without ordering because I wasn’t served. Instead of having five or six employees inside, send one or two outside to clean the floor, which is always dirty. Today I saw that there was even soda spilled on the floor, and nobody comes out to clean it up. Finally, I advise you to speak with your staff because their customer service is absolutely nonexistent.

We stopped at this wendys location around 1:30am January 22 looking for something to eat but our truck wouldn’t fit around the drive thru so I approached the windows on foot and asked the lady and she kindly said yes and took my order.
I commend them and the entire staff for the outstanding treatment and service skills displayed almost towards the end of their shifts.

Okay, this is my honest review, I feel the lady was not the friendliest taking my order, The fries were boring and had 0 flavor , this was on my chicken, i lost my appetite because i don’t even know what that is, Missed my bbq sauce when i asked for it, when i went back up there she gave it to me but tried to charge me, didn’t end up because i told her what happened, but lowkey seemed mad when she gave it, tables are not cleaned, holes in chairs, im not usually the type complain but this isn’t okay

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever went to. We ordered the chicken wrap, and the Asiago chicken burger. The place was basically empty with maybe 4 or 5 other customers there already eating but for some reason they felt the need to rush so much that the food wasn’t even fully cooked. The wrap was hard of cardboard consistency and the burger was inedible because the chicken was rubber on the outside and a little frozen on the inside.
I couldn’t finish the meal and so I had to toss it. For twenty bucks I don’t expect something amazing but it should at least be cooked.
Do yourself a favor and walk half a block up to McDonald’s, the street cart across the street, or smash burger on the little strip mall across the street.

This location is always extremely dirty at 7 to 9 pm. The bathroom is cleaner. You can’t sit anywhere there is garbage on the tables. Garage on the floors its disgusting.. Wendy’s District Manager for this location you need to act!!!!

I hate buying food from here. All of the attention is given to online orders and to the drive thru so if you come to buy food in person youll be waiting at the counter for like 2 mins even if youre the only one on line. The area by the counter is cramped and theres always 4 delivery guys at the counter waiting to deliver their next order on top of the people who are already waiting for their orders. They should remove the dividers and the tables in the center of the store to create more space. They’re not needed anyway. The last time I ordered from here I told the casher I wanted I wanted a combo and a sandwich. He misheard me and thought I asked for 2 combos. I wondered why the total came out so high. When I told him about the mistake he had to give me a refund then charged me a 2nd time for the right amount. Meanwhile the staff was still making the 2nd combo and when it was ready, bagged it up and handed it to me. Me being an honest person I told them that they gave me too much and I gave them back the fries and drink. They looked at me like I had 2 heads. Next time Im gonna keep my mouth shut and leave. Ive never had a problem with the quality of the food.

I’ve used drive-thru and dined in here multiple times. I’m a big fan of Wendy’s but this one is ROUGH and the least enjoyable Wendy’s location I’ve been too. No issues with the staff for me. The atmosphere of this location is the bottom of the barrel. It’s either aggressive homeless ppl or drug addicts popping in at any second to use the soda fountain. This place needs security, but really is just too small and crowded. The furniture is BEAT up, and multiple times I’ve tried scanning rewards with my app on the drive-thru, they’re having system “issues” lol huh?? This is the WORST place to take a lunch break.
