Reviews are pretty much on point. You will never get your order right here and most importantly they will confuse you with their idiotic Biggie Bag Deals or whatever they’re called. The food is average, if not subpar fast food. Make sure to check your order before you leave the cash register or otherwise you’ll find something is missing or incorrect.
The best thing about this place is the inside itself. Really spaceous and bright, airy, with lots of light, 3D layout, with wooden or wooden like furniture.

All around the worst fast food store ive ever been too, customer service is horrible they are not trained properly or at all and apparently there is no general manager there at all times which is crazy to me, so if you have an issue good luck trying to get it resolved. My order came out completely wrong and served completely cold. Kevin and Ceasar are very sketchy and i would go as far as they mess with the food as my burger did not look right and nuggets and fries legit freezing cold. I would stay away from this location. But corporate seems to be helpful and super nice so if you do have an issue call the corporate number.

Food was good but the service was not. Ice/drink machjng was messed up and didn’t have the drink I ordered, went to the counter to ask him to get my drinks from the to go machine. He stuck his fingers into my cups, told him that was gross and plews replace the cups. Ordered our food, specifically asking for no salt on fries. Order had salt on fries. It’s like they ask for your order but then don’t really listen. It’s a fast food restaurant, guess we get what we pay for.

The customer service is horrible. After placing my order, I was told to pull forward and to the side and they would bring my food out. I did as I was advised to do, 15 minutes pass. I go inside to find the person that appeared to be in-charge on the phone having a personal phone call. She had no clue about the order I had placed. It is mind boggling to me how this location manages to stay in business.

It had become a consistent thing where they forget something from my order. It’s happened 4x now back to back that something from my order is missing or wrong. It wasn’t like this a few months ago. I’m not sure what has been going on there but something has to give at this point

This is the location you go to out of desperation and lack of other suitable options. On one occasion I ordered a kid’s cheeseburger meal, only to get home and find that there wasn’t a burger patty on it!!! Just a bun, cheese, and ketchup. I figured, maybe someone was just having an off day, so I tried again at a later date. Ordered a large fry with no salt, and got salted fries. Honestly, not really worth the visit unless you don’t mind absolute bare minimum service and quality, if that.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I got home and got a completely different sandwich. Even told them I had a reward for the spicy chicken sandwich so when they scanned it why didn’t they realize that they didn’t get the order right. Now I paid for different food that I won’t eat. And now I have to go back some other day to get my sandwich. Using up my time rewards and gas. This is ridiculous. We only ordered 2 combos. How hard is it to mess up a sandwich. I can’t believe I’m getting the wrong sandwich that I won’t even eat.

I rarely go to this location bec it’s totally disgusting, but my child wanted to try the SpongeBob meal. We ordered it and paid extra for it, yet they didn’t have the pineapple frosty, didn’t have fresh pickle slices or special sauce and the french fries were refried and ice cold. If they had told me they were out of everything, I would have been ok. But they accept your money and then give you inedible food. The fountain drinks always taste and smell like they have bleach in them. The baked potatoes are cold and hard as rocks. The burgers do not taste fresh. This location needs to be shut down. Total waste of my money!

Stopped in Thursday at 10:45 for an early lunch. Drive thru attendant was very kind and professional. The Dave’s double value meal came out fresh and delicious. Thanks sir!
