This location is very clean and the lines move quickly. The staff seems to always be in a good mood as well. I’ve never had any issues coming here whether it was walking in or going through the drive-thru. Outside is well kept as well. Good location to come to if you’re in the mood for Wendy’s. Keep up the good work!

Went this evening to go through drive up about 7:30 the guy working window didn’t give me my credit card back I drove home checked my wallet went back and asked to speak to the manager. She said “he was trying to call you”. I said how he doesn’t have my phone #. She said “he whistled through the window.” Guy strolls up and hands it to me and said “‘your good”. No apologies no responsibility from either party. No receipt.

The condition in which my pick up order was given just because I used a coupon to get a discount. Was also given a wrong person’s order in spite of telling them that it’s not my name in the receipt and that led to the rude woman in there tear the receipt out and tell me ‘now there’s no name so this is your order. It was not my order and I had to again point that out yet the woman wouldn’t listen…all this just because my name sounded similar to the other person’s who ordered and we both had the exact same order. I don’t know what I can call that but i can suggest you don’t go to this Wendy’s..especially if you’re a person of color because you might be subject to the same behavior
