The lady with the dreads who works the drive through is the most rude and miserable person i’ve ever met. You shouldn’t be working in customer service if you’re going to be nasty to everyone. I know a lot of people who also go to this location and they also talk about how nasty and rude she is. She gets mad if you ask for extra sauce- if i’m paying $30 i think im entitled to an extra sour cream or dipping sauce. Today i asked if i could have a extra sour cream and she said “there’s sour cream in the bag” and literally slammed the drive through window in my face. I can’t be the only one who complains about her nasty snarky self, wendy’s do yourself a favor and fire her.

Honestly I HATE fast food. But this Wendy’s just hits the spot every time. Whoever manages the place should get a raise. Food is always fresh and piping hot. Unlike a lot of other Wendy’s. I’ve said this for years.

Got 3 biggie bags. 2 of the biggie bags didn’t have the nuggets in them and the other was supposed to be no bacon no tomatoes and they put bacon and tomatoes. Why can’t the order ever be right at this location? I can’t come back because I’m at work already.

Was very busy in the drive through so went inside. I tried to use the kiosk to order but it didn’t give me an option to input the coupon I had, so cashier placed order for me and was ready quickly. Food was very enjoyable. Our first baconators!

I don’t like to give negative comments, but consistently, we are missing food items. We lost count as to how many times we had missing items. Even though we check before we go, we always end up a fry short and occasionally,.a sandwich short.

The Wendy’s on Rt 18 in East Brunswick is our fave fast food spot in the area!! Josefa the host there is excellent to deal with!! She’s always very friendly, efficient, extremely helpful & an absolute pleasure!! She & her crew are AWESOME & the food is always delicious!! It’s always fun & we’re always happy we came!! Josefah & her crew & the expeeoemce of getting food here is fantastic!!

They are sooo generous and their service is superb! Wanted to get the strawberry frosty which they didn’t have on site; took them 2 min to mix it and not just thought they brought it to our table. So sweet of the staff!
