Great location. Easy to find as well. Nice inside. The team was getting drive thru orders out quickly. Cashier was pleasant and served my food up quickly as well. Everything was hot and tasted great. Restroom was very clean. Parking lot was clean as well. It’s fall, there were leaves but looked like no trash anywhere.

Our food was raw two chicken sandwiches!! Raw in the middle no rush should allow raw meat through the line. This is a health hazard a risk to many bacterial microbes that can cause food poisoning including salmonella. This is unexceptable. We will never come back. this burden fell onto workers and a charge worker as no manager was in. Please cut into your food before you eat anything. We got a full refund for the order. The charge staff was kind and apologetic and that can be appreciated but this can not happen I feel sick! July 12th 2025

I was door dashing for 2. The doors were locked when I got there at 8:50 while the sign said it’s open till 10pm. Went to the drive through and informed them I’m picking up for door dash. Got to the 2nd window, the manager there was on his cell and started shoving the food and drinks at me. I tried to ask him if this was everything and he replies “Ok” and I repeated the question again and he slams the glass door and walks away looking at his cell. Poor night management. Not my first time dealing with the 2006 spiked hair deuce canoe. Will be getting hold of corporate.

I don’t know who owns this specific Wendy’s but it’s really truly terrible. Every single time I come to this specific location, there’s something wrong with the food, and it’s definitely not the employees fault. I think there’s something wrong with their supplier. They use cheap chopped lettuce that tastes stale and wilted, and it makes sandwiches soggy and just gross. The texture of the chicken is always so messed up that I can barely chew it. It’s always a bad woody cut of chicken. Just go to a different Wendys.

This review has absolutely nothing to do with the staff of the store on route 88 in point Pleasant, Warren the manager is awesome. He has a great team and is at the top of their game however, what I’m complaining about is way beyond their control that being said the parent company that owns this and the Wendy’s at the beach took away their breakfasts because they say they weren’t selling enough every week, way to alienate the parents whose kids looked forward to Wendy’s breakfast if that wasn’t bad enough, they quietly got rid of the Romain lettuce and substituted it with chopped iceberg, no nutritional value at all you guys have lost touch with your customers get out of your office and get in the trenches and see what people really like

OMG! I have not gone to WENDY’S in about 25 years. I started a 2 hour road trip at 6AM and was very hungry. I went to their drive-thru and saw a breakfast chicken biscuit on the menu and thought Yeah! ILL have some chicken for breakfast! That Chicken Biscuit Sandwich Knocked My Socks Off! It Was Absolutely Delicious! One week later while driving through another town, visited WENDY’S again! It’s Confirmed! I’m Hooked!

Have not eaten Wendy’s in years. Ordered my families food. Got wrong drink, they didn’t give us our 2 French fries. Thank goodness we checked everything before leaving the drive through. After complaining, Employee gave us 2 small size French fries when we told him we were still missing our fries. At that point we just left even though we paid for large fries…
