The service is the zero out of 10! We go in to pick up food and they didn’t put one of the sandwiches in the bag. We tried calling before we head back over probably called 10 times. No one answered we got there we tell them all of the add-ons that we paid for on the burger and had showed them the receipt and we heard them call out all the ingredients that we had added on the burger such as lettuce tomato, onion, simple as that and they didn’t even put it on there so I paid extra money for something I didn’t get then we also ordered a frosty a caramel crunch one and they gave us the wrong flavor and it’s not to mention they always put the biggest slabs of bacon on the bacon or fries they don’t even try to cut it. Definitely would not recommend

Northfield NJ location. New review Wendy’s will always be our go-to destination for fast food. Food was hot and fresh. We had the Wendy’s double bacon cheeseburger combo. The fries were delicious crispy yet tender. The service was great and the manager came out and asked us how our food was. That was a nice touch. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is very very clean and I really enjoyed myself Friday night.

My friend had a big bacon classic cheese burger with fries and chili on the side. The food was very good, hot and delicious. They also have a freestyle machine for the soda. My friend liked his meal as well. Wendy’s in Northfield will be our go-to place in the future.

For the past month there’s been a sign in the drive thru on the order speaker that they’re only accepting cash. Not sure for the reason they’re not accepting cards but why hasn’t this issue been resolved yet? It’s been weeks! I can’t imagine how much money they’re losing by not having this problem fixed. Ridiculous! Whoever runs this location should be demoted to shredding lettuce

yesterday (sept 22, 2025) around 3-4pm my friends and i visited this location and one of the drive-through workers was extremely disrespectful to us. she repeatedly talked over us, not allowing us to speak, almost mockingly so. she also told us many items were unavailable or that they could not accommodate basic requests (upgrading to a large fry), because they “do not do that here.” our experience was so off-putting that we decided to just leave and take our business elsewhere. for a company that claims to prioritize hospitality and “making guests feel at home,” this was not the service that we expected or deserved. it is truly embarrassing so have such immature staff representing your location. we are regulars at the tilton rd location and have never witnessed service like this before. we all hope that you are able to better in the future, not just for us, but for all future customers.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered a Baconador and the guy gives me a single burger patty and two pieces of bacon.
I called him on it and he and he lies. The website shows the burger, 2 patties and 6 pieces of bacon. They just laughed about it so who knows what they would have done to my food if I pressed further.
As some of these comments mention, this is beyond something simple and if they hire like this then my experience is just the tip of the iceberg.
Avoid going here at all costs!

This is for the produce junction many times you buy bags of produce then when you open the bags at home you’re fine some bad items that adds up to a lot of wasted food and money every time you throw something my last trip 2 asparagus bunches they were thick when tryed to use them the next day they were so tough with a lot of grain stringy and the ones in the middle were soft should have smelled them but when you wear a mask you can’t smell the products but when you get home that’s when you find out they had a certain odor so didn’t eat it put in the trash people write bad reviews all the about the produce junction they never respond because they don’t care they know people keep coming and that’s the way society is
