Every time me and my family go there in the morning and the Spanish manager. The lady is there the food is always messed up. The sweet tea has tons of sugar not stirred up inside of it. She does not care when you complain and when you asked for your money back or for a new order she gets very nasty will not be spending my money at that Wendy’s in Woodstown ever again

Food served hot and tasty, but such a dirty environment. Flies everywhere, no napkins, bathroom trashed with all toilets left unflushed. Service was very slow, too. Wish we had kept driving to the McDonald’s nearby.

The place is infested with flies, can’t eat inside, nowhere to sit outside. Ice machine kept spitting ice out, floor slippery, dangerous.jr ch b delux had a 1/2 of burger 1/8 ” thick. Waste of my $. Dave would be upset!

Indoor was closed with no posting and had to use the drive-thru. Our order was severely messed up. The person ahead of us and two cars behind us had to go back through to have our meals fixed. I ordered a Baconator and didn’t get bacon. Got a Bacon Jr w/ cheese and ketchup only for my daughter and she got no bacon and they put mustard and pickles on it. The fries were cold. Also wasn’t given napkins. Will never stop at this one again. While waiting I talked to a local, whose order was messed up as well and she said it’s the only Wendy’s within 20 miles. I think the company needs to look into this store or will give a bad reputation to the region.

Got here about 8pm, stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before my wife asked if anyone was working up front. The staff was confused about who was supposed to be working the front. Took about 10 minutes to get our half cooked burgers and the shift manager was handling food without gloves on. Definitely won’t come back here!

They take forever 20 mins in drive thru and have no ice or chili and got only 2 items out of 9 item correct in order. Thought I’d give them a 2nd chance but I’ll never go back to that location.

I want to start with hours. The hours displayed clearly says 8 am to 8 pm yet the dine in was closed at 6:54pm. When I inquired the shift manager came out and started to yell at me and said the General Manager ordered to close it early. In front of me they lost 3 customers. Lines in drive thru are super long and wait time at this location is ridiculous. 99%of time they mess up the order in drive thru and if you complain they give you the nastiest attitude. I really feel bad for the owner of this establishment the amount of money they are loosing for lack of leadership and employees behavior. Generally I spend anywhere between 30 to 40 every time but today I left without spending a dime. Went to Wawa across the street instead.
