I’m not one to usually leave reviews, let alone a bad one, in fact this is my first ever terrible review. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went inside to order and I was the first in line with about 2 others behind me. Waited about 15 minutes before being helped. Whom im assuming is a manager, was standing towards the back sitting on her phone. Once she had realized we weren’t helped she screamed at an employee to come take our Order instead of taking the initiative to help, even tho they were packing drive thru orders. No receipt paper to give me a receipt, no ice in the soda machine and it was also SMOTHERED in soda syrup which was disgusting. Old chewed up gum right at the counter to order. I took photos but like I said this is my first bad review so I’m not sure how to add them. While I sat down to eat, that same female manager was just sitting at a table in the back talking on the phone while here employees were running around for all the drive thru orders. I now see why this place is starting to fail. Never again will I be coming to this location.

First time in this location, stood at counter for awhile until someone acknowledged me daughter and I while on their phone. Took our order couldn’t give us a receipt told us to take a picture of the screen. The restaurant was filthy as we had time waiting to just look around. Even had stuck gum on the wall. Soda machine was gross along with no ice. Usually not one to pick but man.

I avoid this Wendy’s like the plague even though it’s a 2 minute drive from my house. I don’t think I’ve ever been through the drive thru in under 5 minutes, even when I’m the only car!

Today was disappointing, even for the already low bar I have for this place. It took an hour to get through the drive thru. There were 6 cars. I saw at least 10 other cars give up and drive off. This was abysmal. I could have gone to any other Wendy’s in the area, gone through their drive thru, arrived back home, AND eaten my meal in the time it took to sit in the drive thru lane here.

Insult to injury? When I finally get to the window to pickup food, no apologies were offered, just “it’s disastrous today, the computer sucks.” I’ve been at other places when their systems go down and at least been offered a free drink and apology.

And no. It’s not “the computer.” Because this is consistent at this location.

Dear corporate, please step in because this location needs help.

I’m done here. Never going back until there are massive changes.

I just left this location and was looking forward to eating my taco salad. Get all the way home and the chips were missing to make it a true taco salad. On top of that, sat at menu board at the drive thru for 5 minutes before my order was taken. Do better. Check the bags before sending them out and work on time management, hence the word FAST in the business you are in.
Update. Just left Wendy’s at 11:15 pm. Tried to give them another chance with a taco salad. Still horrible. Lettuce looks frozen, tomatoes looks like the ones they throw on a sandwich, a few sprinkles of cheese and no chips!!!!!! I am really never going back to this Wendy’s!!! Ever

Hi first of all I must that while waiting for my order at the window, your associate scratched her head and then proceed to continue grabbing food and packing it!!!I asked Jose if he was a manager and he said no, and explained that he or someone would explain that, that’s was unacceptable in food service.
Once I came back to get my dressing and chips,Jose went out of his way to come out and deliver my missing items!! Also,by the way, when did Wendy’s delete the black beans??? He was very helpful in rectifying my missing dressing and taco crisps for my salad, which I had to come back for! I paid $9 for a salad that I could easily made at home for $3 Never again!!!! Ii m sorry I didn’t!!!

I love Wendy’s We ordered a single and a double. My wife didnt like the burger so she ordered a chicken sandwich. So I ate half of her burger too cause they are awesome. We also ordered the junior frosty keychains that gives you a free junior frosty with your order. I love the soda dispenser. The coke station was clean and the tables and floors were clean. They keep it looking nice. We go here frequently. This is U Do It approved!

Raw I mean RAW CHICKEN general manager didn’t even apologize. Hung up on me 4/12 at 1:36 pm. She also tried to tell me they don’t have the sandwich I literally ordered. Your GM and line cooks are a joke. I shouldn’t have to question if my food is safe to eat. I had almost the whole thing before I even realized.
