Don’t come to this location, if you love their seasoning potatoes like I do, as they reuse old reheated ones, and you’ll hit cold, shrunk potatoes in big chance! ( even if ordering morning right after opening). They are ugly taste and much less than their normal ones from other locations’ .

Normally go to this Wendy’s due to it being up the street from my house. Decided to get the spicy chicken sandwich combo.. the patty look completely dark & burnt, opening the wrapper I thought I received a hamburger instead of my chicken sandwich until I flipped it over. Also, never seen the inside of my chicken sandwich look this way inside. COMPLETELY TURNED OFF and GROSSED OUT. Fries were lukewarm and no salt on them, No straw was given to me or in the bag with my drink.. completely off their game tonight and do not think I will be back due to the sandwich, can’t even eat anything else for dinner tonight- stomach is completely turned off.

Do not go to this Wendy’s. I have been there twice before closing, only to be completely ignored. Nobody came onto the speaker, nobody turned off the lights, they just completely ignored me and all the cars behind me, and when I gave up and drove past the service windows there was nobody there. On the second such incident, I noticed cockroaches crawling on the outside of the service window. I mean, I guess it’s good to avoid fast food anyway right?

I hardly ever go to a fast food restaurant. After going to this Wendy’s I probably won’t go to another one. I went in for lunch with my 3 year old son and daughter and I couldn’t felt less welcome. No “Welcome to Wendy’s”, no “May I help you”, no thank you for choosing Wendy’s. However, the guy in the picture, who I figured was the manager, was quite warn and friendly as he took the orders through the drive thru. I watched as others came up n and was met with the same look .
Look I hardly come to these places anyway, but I can assure you that this place has seen me as a customer for the last time. Suggest you hiring people that want to do the job and act like they appreciate the customer. I’d start with firing the manager.

I had a terrible experience at a Wendy’s recently where the service was anything but welcoming to me and my friend as soon as I walked in, at the restaurant, we were immediately struck by how empty and desolate the place felt it was eerily quiet, almost like a ghost town. There was no energy, no atmosphere, that makes for a welcoming fast food experience. It genuinely surprised and unsettled my family, who were expecting a more lively and inviting environment.
As we stepped inside, things only got worse. Not a single team member greeted us not even a simple “Welcome to Wendy’s” , “how may we help you “ or even a friendly smile. The lack of basic customer service was astonishing. We stood at the counter for an uncomfortable amount of time before anyone acknowledged us, and even then, the interaction felt cold and dismissive.
The manager on duty was particularly rude and unprofessional, speaking to us (and seemingly to the staff) with an impatient, irritated tone. There was no effort made to be courteous or helpful. As for the rest of the employees, they appeared disengaged and lethargic, almost like they were on autopilot, The whole visit made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I won’t be going back to that location anytime soon.

We ordered fries with chicken nuggets today and it looks like we got the nuggets that are spoiled. We got these nuggets for free due to Wendy’s promotion on Wednesdays. This is a very bad experience for us. Do you give low quality food as part of promotion? We’ll never visit Wendy’s again.

Arrived at the drive through at 11:50 only to have the drive through worker remind me that they close in 10 minutes with the biggest attitude. What a terrible customer service. I work in the food industry and this was so frustrating honesty. I won’t support this location anymore.
