Ordered the Asiago Chicken combo. They had no asiago cheese. They offered American, i said okay. Got home, no cheese, no bacon. If i wanted a plain chicken sandwich i would have ordered it, so instead i get charged for items not even on it. This isnt rocket science. 330pm 3/4/26

Well im pretty sure the bacon on the loaded fries is supposed to be chopped up, burger was greasy but other then that normal fast food. No napkins or plastic ware common you gotta do better

This was one of the best experiences at a Wendy’s I’ve ever had! Erin, our cashier, was courteous, friendly, and very helpful! Highly recommend this Wendy’s, and if I’m in the area, I will stop through again. Erin needs a pay raise for the service she provides. Bathroom was Awesomely Clean.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast 10 minutes before breakfast was over. They sold the food to other customers and then stopped making breakfast. I got to the window to get my order and they said that they only had lunch because they cleaned the grill. I don’t understand how you sell my food that I ordered to other customers and then don’t give me mine when it was placed ahead of time.

Will probably be the last time I eat at a Wendy’s. The food is already ridiculously priced and now you have to pay 50 cents per sauce if you want extra. What’s next $1 per napkin, $5 for a straw. You want a cup holder that will be 39.99 plus tax.

I stopped here on Nov 26th and purchased a meal. I drove off and when I bit into my burger I tasted something acidic. When I spit it out it was a alcohol swab/pad inside the sandwich.
I returned to the store, they wouldn’t let me inside after explaining my situation and asked I go to the drive thru. I did, they asked me to park and a manager (I believe her name was Caitlyn) came out full of excuses as to why that could have happened,
not apologetic at all… As if I placed it there myself and even said she had seen me there before. I just moved to South Jersey a month ago and had never been to this establishment, it’s beyond disgusting and upsetting for people to think this was not a big deal, I could have really became sick from this “accident”. I have reached out to corporate a couple times and have yet to hear anything what so ever.

Every time I try to go to this Wendy’s I drive through have issues. The last time I waited at the drive through for like 30 min with only a couple cars in front of me. Today something similar happened, where I waited forever with 2 cars to get to the drive through speaker. Then immediately I’m told to wait. After 10 minutes of waiting I have a line of people honking at me. Then the manager gets on and tells me “they’re trying to get the dining room settled” before they get to me and said please be patient. There’s only so much patience I can have when I have a car full of perishable groceries. Is this a Wendy’s policy, to completely ignore the drive in when you have people at the counter? Anyway I left, I had enough and could no longer wait. Won’t use this location again, they can’t get their stuff together.
