Most unprofessional fast food restaurant I’ve been to. My order was rushed, and the worker kept cutting me off. The food presentation was horrible.it looked like someone had pressed their fingers into the burgers. Very poor customer service. I was disgusted by how the burgers and nuggets looked. I’m not picky, but this completely ruined my appetite. To make it worse, one of my burgers was missing. worst service ever. if you want to be pissed off, then come to this Glassboro Wendy’s.

Absolute Worst Experience — Extremely Disappointed
I rarely ever leave reviews, but this Wendy’s experience was unbelievably disappointing. I went through the drive-thru to order a $5 Biggie Bag (chicken sandwich, fries, nuggets, and a drink). The greeting at the window was unfriendly, but I tried to be understanding — everyone has tough days.
After waiting nearly 10 minutes for my order, I received the bag and parked in the lot to eat. To my surprise, the order was completely wrong — it had hamburgers and bacon, which I don’t consume. The dining area was closed, so I politely went back near the drive-thru window to explain the mistake.
First she kept on ignoring me and signalling me to go around and talk at the drive thru speaker , but finally she opened the window. Instead of apologizing or offering a quick fix, the staff member rudely told me to drive around again, even though there were six cars ahead — meaning another 15–20 minute wait — just to correct their mistake. When I calmly suggested that she could bring the correct order out to my car and I’d return the wrong one, she slammed the window shut mid-sentence and walked away.
I’ve noticed this location is often slow and unprofessional, but this was beyond unacceptable. Compare this to Raising Cane’s right next door — they greet customers warmly and fix any issues instantly. I made the mistake of choosing Wendy’s this time, and I regret it completely.

Had very quick service and the staff was friendly. My fries were not hot so I went back and they quickly gave me hot fries. The sandwich was good and the soda was balanced with the right amount of carbonation and syrup. The TV’s were not on but the dinning room was clean.

Thee worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Dave would be upset! Everyone working there attitudes are nasty down to the management. The customer service seriously sucks. They’ll have you sitting in line at the speaker 20 mins with the inside closed and you the only car in line. The food literally is thrown together like nobody cared. My sandwich had all the condiments on one end of the burger spilling over all my bun and paper. My ride where ice cold. Probably because they took 20 mins just to pass me my food. I couldn’t even complain or get fresh fries because the inside was closed and it was 8 other cars in line. I could go on and on but you get the point. Everyone needs to be fired and a whole nother crew come in down to the management. Prices too high to be getting low quality stuff

Workers were extremely rude. I was trying to tell them what I wanted to order and they kept interrupting me yelling and being smart. I then try to tell him I wanted to order a separate order and they completely ignored me and stop talking. I also called hello multiple times and I pulled up to the window to pay as soon as I went to the window they took my car, slammed the window closed and then once I grab my food, I didn’t even have time to even look at my food before they slammed the window close and didn’t even say anything to me both times I said thank you. They ignored it Very rude workers definitely one star even gave me the wrong food ♂️ ♂️ Wendy’s plz do better this bad for business

How are you gonna charge .50¢ for one pack of honey mustard after I bought. A kids nugget meal (came with one pack not the one asked for), a number 1, another burger and fry. Do better at business corporate. That’s the kind of reason people don’t go back after.

I went late with a friend the other night. After a past experience in which they forgot my sauce, I blurted out that I needed sauce for my nuggets. I realize my blender in cutting the drive-through worker off, but before I had a chance to apologize, I was called an asshole. I don’t believe this is how an establishment be treating their customers. Truly despicable!

Was tired today and picked the boys up from school and decided to get Wendy’s for dinner. I was craving a baked potato and there chili they have. Very good. They ask if you’d like cheese in the chili which is nice never was asked that before from any Wendy’s in my life. Kids meals come with this cute and fun Sticker Book you can create which I think is a WONDERFUL idea the kids I babysit they LOVED them and it sure kept them busy for a good half hour or more. I was surprised but things like this is very creative and nice and I am glad they enjoyed that. Would definitely come to this location again!

Staff clearly does not care about completing the job correctly. Order are almost always wrong, if you order an extra or a removal just know you aren’t getting it. Drive thru service is always EXTREMELY slow. When i say that I mean it. Expect to wait 25+ minutes in this drive thru if you’re lucky. This place either needs an entire new staff or to be shut down.
