Poor service and inappropriate charge for sauce
The customer service at this Wendy’s is very disappointing.
The employees appear to lack proper training in basic customer service and often treat customers below reasonable expectations.
This matches not only my personal experience but also what many other reviewers have mentioned.
What really upset me, however, was being charged extra for the Ghost Pepper sauce. Charging for sauce already feels unreasonable, but what makes the situation worse is that this charge seemed unofficial and outside of standard policy.
I was asked to pay cash for the sauce, which raises serious concerns about transparency and legality. If it’s not properly registered in their system, this practice is wrong and unacceptable.
Overall, this location needs better customer service training and clearer, consistent policies.
Until then, I would not recommend this store.

53 cents for a ranch AT THE RESTAURANT should be criminalized. I ordered a ranch chicken wrap and they had the audacity to ask me to pay for the sauce. Any restaurant doing that has lost my business.

I made a mobile order and went through the drive thru. I received just a bag with food and no drink when I got to the window. I waited at the window to get my drink, and then while the girl gave me my drink she reached into my bag and grabbed the fries she accidentally put in there. That is vile and disgusting. Oh and Wendy’s app has zero place to report any issues.

There’s a woman there who I do not trust. She told me to move forward with no one else in the line to wait. She would not pour my coffee until I pulled ahead. I had mad a complaint about her before so now I feel she messes with my food. See pictures attached. I am never going back there unless she is gone. Look at the amount of honey she poured on my chicken sandwich it’s hard to see but it’s completely drenched and I threw out the coffee as soon as I got it. It just shady why tell me to pull forward to wait when there is literally no one in line and then to not pour my coffee until I move up is crazy and shady.

At first, I was highly satisfied with Wendy’s greeting and service but as soon as I finish my food and paid, I did the server I scanned it, and I did everything that was done. Then I spin the wheel and it landed between fries and a frosting as of course, I could pick either because it landed in the middle. I moved it to the frost depart, and this employee named Carlos at the Randolph, New Jersey, Wendy’s Restaurant he started calling me a cheater in Spanish, which is a very offensive word because I paid for my food which was $40 and I’m just doing a server for something little fun and say how good of an experience I had after all I did not have a good experience because of this guy named Carlos I am highly disappointed that Wendy’s allows people like this that disrespect their customers, and I will highly not be returning because this is disrespectful and humiliating

They doubled my order at the drive through. I was wondering why it was so expensive, then realized when I got home that they made a mistake. The food was as to be expected at Wendy’s. Will probably be back tomorrow.

The management here must be bad. The employees just joke around with each other, and I’ll bet they joke around with the management, too.
I went at an off time, 3pm, so no one else in the place. 4 female employees and one male. I order ONE burger and ONE frosty. I told the kid THREE TIMES not to put a lid on my frosty. You can already guess what happened.
It’s not a super big deal but it makes me sad that a human worker cannot follow one simple instruction.

The customer service here is good the people have been friendly every time I come and they get the food out super fast I love their breakfast so yummy ! I love how crispy and fluffy their seasoned potatoes are ! You gotta try it and their breakfast prices are cheap And come with a drink !

Went to this place bad service, told the lady I will be back and get the money in my car, came back and the lady with the glasses put my money in the tip jar, all of them were talking in Spanish which I understood all of them were saying negative comments to mee and the lady who was very rude to meee
