Today I drove 15 minutes to eat at this place, but unfortunately I was met by a very unprofessional young employee (Latina, around 20–25 years old). She was laughing, acting as if she didn’t understand me, even though I have lived in this country for many years and people understand me everywhere I go. Instead of doing her job, she treated the situation like a joke and mocked a customer.
Because of her lack of professionalism, she gave me a burger without the bread. When I came back to ask what happened, she continued laughing and tried to make it look like I was the one who was confused. In reality, she created the problem herself and handled it in the worst way possible.
People like this should not be working in customer service. Her behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I came here to enjoy my meal, not to be disrespected.

The food is always fresh and tasty, and the staff is super friendly. Whether I’m in the mood for a classic Baconator or just some fries and a Frosty, I know it’s going to hit the spot. The service is quick, and I’ve never had any issues with my order. It’s the perfect place to stop while shopping. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a satisfying, fast meal!

Is bad service I’m Latina and I was speaking to them in English to order my food and the people who works there they also Spanish and they was laughing when I started ordering my food and they just keep looking at me and laughing at the same time even the old lady works there!.

Me and my mother just got two grilled chicken wraps and 4 other people got their food before us.. it took 15 minutes to make two grilled chicken wraps with fries and it was lunch time. We used to get food at this Wendy’s all the time, but now the workers are rude and don’t even greet us and just kind of ignore us. Horrible service won’t be going back there for awhile..

My orders are often wrong if its peak lunch or dinner times.
If I choose to customize my burger ( ie: extra Lettuce and tomato selected) I usually still get standard amount of toppings.
And when I ask for little or no ice, I often get annoyed look if my drink was already prepped with ice, has to be dumped to be served correctly.

Order was correct and food was warm. Just wished they put more fries in the box, and a little less ice in the drink. Otherwise, a good fast food meal for a long day of shopping.

Was walking the mall. Stopped at Wendy’s to get a large drink . With tax 3.89. I took one ship of the pineapple mango drink . It was an instant sugar rush . Absolutely aweful . It was all ice and all sugar . I went back to tell the girl who took care of me that the drink was all sugar . She didn’t understand me she went to get the manager . The manager only spoke Spanish and told me no refund and everyone was laughing . Another man next to me was complaining his soda was all syrup. Obviously this Wendy’s doesn’t care about customers or customer service . I will never go back their first anything . Also it would help if some of the staff actually spoke English and didn’t look at customers laughing speaking to each other in Spanish only . What a disgrace to laugh in a customers face and harass them . Don’t waste your time supporting this Wendy’s . The employees were getting drinks for themselves while working and no one had gloves on all eyes on me everyone laughing and speaking Spanish . Place also was dirty all the workers were doing nothing but drinking laughing and hanging out . I have never had such an experience at any Wendy’s so I will make it a point never to frequent this Wendy’s ever again . I worked good service many years and what’s going on at this Wendy’s was aweful .Do yourself a favor don’t eat or drink k here

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food. I pretty much like everything on their menu and they are the only ones with certain random items and even their normal items a lil something that makes them a little different then what you got every at every other fast food place for instance their burgers have ketchup and mayonnaise and for some reason I would never think of that combo but it tastes really good on their burgers especially with the lettuce tomato and pickles were there cheese that use on their loaded baked potato taste awesome on the fries also and you can have chili with cheese on it which is amazing and they are the only place to get that. You can pretty much fulfill any craving all-in-one stop at Wendy’s.

What can I say? Wendy’s will always have one of the fast food best burgers anywhere. Shame they don’t have the Bacon Mushroom Melt unlike in the Philippines.
