So weird. Tried to order here and pulled up to the window and waited. They told me it was going to be a long time, so i asked for a refund. The woman seemed annoyed and told me some reason why she couldn’t, but i asked again and she walked away. A man came and said something in broken english, but i just asked again for a refund, confusingly, at this point. He said something and spit and slammed the window. I parked my car and walked into the building. I was greeted by the original girl, to where I asked to her to refund the $. She talked to someone on the phone, said I was beautiful but I should have just done what they said, and gave me the money. I thought the entire experience was strange, and suggest the manager to check the cameras. If you are going to hire people that cannot go off of script/they cannot understand what english speakers are saying to the point of anger/scary frustration, you are putting people in harm’s way. The reason I suggest checking the cameras is that my demeanor and what I had asked for did not warrant the experience I had. I hope this location is one of the ones that goes under. That’s what you get for hiring blindly. February 6th around 11:30 2026.

Not only did they mess up my sandwich but after asking for a single sweet and sour sauce after they gave me the new sandwich the cashier told me it’s “53 cents” and I was asked “are you kidding me?” And she said no. My ranch wrap was extremely soggy and wet. And my drink order was wrong as well. Definitely will stick to McDonald’s after that!

I have gone to this Wendy’s for years, but I don’t like where somebody asks me to repeat what I’m saying when I speak English. If somebody’s going to be working there that doesn’t speak English, they need to learn. I’m sorry I don’t mean to be rude, but no, it’s not my job to try to figure out what you’re saying. And seniors do get a discount.

One of the BEST WENDYS I’ve been to in a while. The fries are always fresh. The baconator, is just that, A BACONATOR WITH ENOUGH MAYO KETCHUP CHEESE BACON AND FRESH COOKED MEAT. The staff is super friendly! 10/10

Terribly UNDERSTAFFED! Order a meal as a mobile order through drive thru because I am on my lunch break(NOT a very long one) I arrive to the restaurant 10 mins after the food was ordered and once I got to the window the girl told me to park and come inside due to the state being there or WHATEVER caused the influx of customers and super long lines and I looked thru the window and can clearly see my meal on the blue shelf in the back. I proceeded to park my car and come inside where I had to wait an additional 20 mins, surpassing my lunch break time now. Once someone finally got to me which was the same girl I spoke to from the window I asked her to cancel my meal and that I want a refund. I’ve waited long enough, I had no food in hand and my break was long over. She proceeded to then go to the shelf and pick up the food I had saw earlier from the window and handed me, my now freezing cold order. Worse customer service I’ve had from this place in a while. I want my refund and will not be coming here again.

I don’t want to give a too negative review, but I will be very honest here. Most of the time, the quality is fairly good and I rarely have issues, even when I take multiple items off a burger. However, my order recently was abysmal. I ordered online and bought the new Wednesday Frosty, only for it to arrive with no Frosty (my driver had a photo from when he picked it up, they simply never filled the cup). The fries were also underdone and my drink was wrong. I’ve never had an issue with this location before, but since others say the quality can be inconsistent, I wouldn’t be surprised if I’d simply been lucky before to not have issues.

Honestly kinda expensive for a fast food place and the drive thru was pretty slow and the person taking my order didn’t ask me what size combo I would like or what drink I wanted but the kicker was my dad’s baconator was so dry he had to add ketchup and he only got 4 pieces of bacon when there’s supposed to be 6. Very disappointed.

I’ve never had this many issues at this location.
I had to go back because the fries for my meals were missing.
Then the burger and is undercooked.
Of course they didn’t give me a receipt for the order, because drive thru just doesn’t seem to do this anymore.
I had to give one star just to be able to leave this review.

I GO HERE ALOT. FIRST I SAID DOUBLE DAVES BURGER JUST MEAT AND CHEESE. GOT HOME BURGER HAD EVERYTHING ON IT. ALSO GOT NUGGET MEAL WITH SODA . SODA HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ICE IN IT. IT WAS WARM… MAYBE NO SPEAK ENGLISH. I DON’T KNOW BUT EVERYTHING WAS WRONG AND TERRIBLE. NO MORE GOING HERE FOR ME LATE NIGHT AFTER WORK. I WOULD ONLY GO HERE WHEN THEY ARE OPEN INSIDE…
