HORRIBLE SERVICE. I am absolutely APPALLED. I ordered a Baconator. Not a “surprise me.” Not a “whatever you feel like making.” A. Baconator.
When I got home and opened my bag, imagine my shock, my horror, my betrayal to find some random burger staring back at me like it had the AUDACITY to replace my Baconator. Do you know how emotionally prepared I was for that Baconator? The layers of bacon? The cheese? The experience? Ruined.
If I wanted a mystery sandwich, I would’ve said so. I paid for a Baconator, not a plot twist. This is unacceptable. I expect accuracy when I order, especially when I’m paying Baconator prices.
Do better, Wendy’s. Check the bag. It’s not that hard.

Stopped at Wendy’s during my drive, and it turned out to be a solid quick-stop option. The staff moved fast, and my order came out hot and fresh without any delays. The burger had good flavor, the fries were crispy, and everything tasted like it had just been made rather than sitting out.
The dining area was clean and organized, with enough seating to take a short break before getting back on the road. Service was straightforward and friendly, and the whole place felt maintained and easy to navigate. Overall, this Wendy’s delivered a reliable meal and a smooth experience for a fast-food stop.

Today during the storm at this facility!! I noticed one of best customers service ever. And if you are owners of this wendys franchise!!! And yiu read this The lady at counter I assume. Is managers. Be Very very proud of her and her team couple young. Females and a guy this lady is kind !!! She taking care wendy like she is the owner she was very humble from my perspective !!! I been a hard day dealing with with storm and everyone trying get food 2 min left to close!!! Door She patiently. Wait for me. My Bank lock my card!!! This place is so big and clean, not sure if this is a bergen county type deal or not but I’m from Brooklyn and I ain’t never seen a Wendy’s like this. This place looks like a Ruby Tuesdays or Fridays or something. I was super delightfully surprised. Friendly staff too!

Normally I love Wendy’s ❤️ and this place the food is more delicious then any other Wendy’s restaurants the food is very fresh. The place is beautiful very clean.the bedrooms mean very beautiful and clean .

I had a horrible experience. I ordered my food and frosty when I get up to pay the girl just seemed to have an attitude. I asked for my receipt when I looked on the receipt not only was I charged for a whole different meal from what I asked for but both my frostys were wrong and items were removed from what I ordered. I told the lady about the mistakes and she had an attitude because she messed up my order. When I get home to eat I didn’t even get the right burgers I ordered. I am disappointed and I want someone to reach out because the service was horrible and I do not appreciate the worker having and attitude with me because she wasn’t listening when I ordered my food and the fact that I didn’t even get the right things.

Updated 7/30/21: the interior is updated and has a fresh clean and open feel, and there are some changes to promote social distancing so step inside next time and see the improvements.
Good for lunch dinner and late night fast food – they are open until 2AM. There is enough parking and seating to handle the volume of business they do, though sometimes there is a bit of a line during peak times. As with other fast food places, you will get priority at the drive-thru line.
The burgers are a little better than McDonalds but if you want to step up to a much higher level you’ll have to go to 5Guys or SmashBurger.
The staff is friendly and the food is up to the usual Wendy’s quality.

I was driving through and needed to purchase food for myself and my kids. The employees on the drive-through seemed to be very annoyed when ordering. We got our food, and the sprite was actually seltzer water. My daughters sandwich was rotting on the bottom. Very dissatisfied. Called several times to see if they could help, and no one answers the phone.
