They start charging extra money for sauces. Than get mad and give you attitude when you actually go ask for it after they forget it. (like dam it doesn’t come out of your pay check) Just put the fries in the bag ♂️ I worked at McDonald’s for 2.5 years and somehow I wasn’t even as miserable as the employees here

Lady working was so rude, took her time, was unsanitary and touched the inside of the cup. To put the cherry on top, there’s 2 visible strands of hair in the frosty! Terrible. I love wendy’s but this location needs workers that care.

The location is convenient for me. I like to order the Biggie Meal. A good deal for a burger, fries, and nuggets. I also enjoy having the chocolate chip cookie. I always order for pick up. The Frosty is also tasty as well. The employees provide good service. There was just one instance where an employee that was getting my pick up order was a little rude and seemed annoyed. Also, one time they forgot my cookies but when I went back they provided me with them and apologized. Other than that, I enjoy having Wendy’s from time to time.

Haven’t used the app. in a second, but used my points on a bacon cheeseburger. The line was hectic as this is located in a mall, so Wendy’s has a small section. The manager taking orders, I guess he was impatient, because I did make the mistake of telling him a cheeseburger, which he rang up, but it wasn’t what was scanned. He corrected me, which I apologized for. He continually told me about it though, until the sandwich was processed. Was about to let Im not one of your employees, simple mistake SMH

Don’t go there horrible and terrible service. Asked for a refill, they said no and a cup was full of ice. Very rude staff and the manager was disrespectful after they spilled coffee on my hand and on the kids. Never coming back.

We went went last night and picked up food for carry out, for I have stage four lung cancer and wanted after treatment.
She as usual got her Asiago chicken meal and I got the daves double meal no onion for I’m allergic.
She got back home and they gave her the wrong combo for hers, and mine had onions, when she called about it the lady said just pick off the onions. And then proceeded to get ride with her. When my wife asked for general manager information she was hung up on.
