Terrible service! Messed up order! Overcharged! Promised me a refund, but it took more than 8 months of communications and promises, until a region manager mailed me a gift card they personally bought at CVS because “Customer Care” on a corporate level will never help resolve anything.

Absolutely awful just went through the drive thru usually I go to a different Wendy’s. I ordered no salt fries of course there was salt on the fries the fries box was half filled and the fries looked like yesterdays fries I told the manager and he was super rude and refused to change out the food ! Absolutely would never come back. Aside from that the nuggets were overdone or refried because that’s what it looked like they threw them back into the oil and the messed up I ordered two burgers one chicken sandwhich he gave two chicken sandwiches and one burger mind you it wasn’t even busy cannot stand when managers don’t know how to manage the store owner needs to rethink who he puts in charge! What also needs to be understood is that when people buy fast food it’s supposed to alivate stress not bring more stress. The nuggets were so gross I threw them out but here’s a pic of the nasty fries that also went in the trash completely wasted $20 came home and still had to cook. As you can see in the photo I am home slicing up my own potato’s to stick in the fire box those of you with kids know exactly what I mean I basically paid $20 for juice boxes and Wendy’s fries box and to be met with unprofessionalism on top of that is just a firm NO mind you the the dine in experience isn’t much better since it’s off the highway it’s literally the size of a shoe box and is never tidy either. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Save your money stay home and cook! You truly do get what you pay for!

Look, it’s Wendy’s I’m not expecting a culinary masterpiece but as far as Wendy’s locations go, this place is subpar at best. I’ve been here numerous times and the level of quality has definitely diminished over the years.
The seating is what you’d expect from a Wendy’s in 2025, haphazard tables throughout, no booths, it might as well be lawn furniture, but hey at least it’s clean.
The ordering process here is lacking, as they seem short staffed, but they’re definitely inattentive. I order in, every time, and for some odd reason I’m not given a tray. It’s like hey here’s your food, hit the bricks. So I’ll use the bag I’m given as a placemat…
There’s barely ever ice in the soda machine, the food is always slightly overcooked, so I always feel dehydrated after finishing and I know we can do better as a store.
A little attention to detail is all it takes. And a smile wouldn’t hurt, treat your customers like guests, not an inconvenience.
They can definitely improve but if you need a quick meal I guess it’s passable

Fast service, good food, open late. Have never experienced a problem at this Wendy’s. 2 number 10 meals with spicy chicken nuggets and free frostys with our coupon booklet from last time we went.
