My experience at this Wendy’s location was very disappointing. The service was slow, the food was not served at a proper temperature, and the staff behaved unprofessionally.
The manager’s attitude was especially concerning. Instead of addressing customer concerns respectfully, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. Management sets the tone for the team, and unfortunately the leadership here did not reflect good customer service standards.
I hope the company reviews this location and makes serious improvements.

The food was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was not hospitable I would rather eat in my car. Both ketchup machines were broken. The main viewing television was showing a violent scene of people hitting each other. One TV wasn’t on and another TV above the register has had an error message for weeks. And the men’s bathroom has a broken sink with a chip missing on the right side and the automatic toilet flusher doesn’t work. But worst of all the cashier failed to communicate in English. When she understood that the order was to stay instead of putting the bag back, she threw it in the garbage. I thought they were supposed to save on costs. Nobody looked happy to be there. But the store was clean.

This review is based solely on the management and owner. This branch needs help! They are trying their best but the need more people in the team. You have Target opening soon. Whoever ownes this establishment needs to get it together QUICKLY !

I ordered in the drive through.
I ordered two JBC biggie bags with lemonade.
I was as clear as possible what I asked for, repeating it multiple times and asking the guy to repeat the order back to me, because he kept getting it wrong and up charging me for stuff I specifically said I didn’t want.
Instead of giving me the JBC biggie bag he gave me the junior cheese burger, which is the lowest on the tier but the same price. Bc you can get a double or junior bacon for the same price.
He also kept trying to up-charge me for the lemonade by giving me the fancy lemonade even though I specifically said I wanted the minute made lemonade from the coke freestyle machine.

Very good Spicy Chicken S’Awesome sandwich freshly made. The fries were hot and fresh. Friendly staff renovated restaurant , overall good experience will def come back and I recommend it

I don’t even know what I just paid for…. The chili is thick and gross looking I couldn’t eat it…completely Unappealing… And the salad looks like someone’s left overs I didn’t get dressing or any of the toppings… Definitely not going back to this location.
