My daughter came here with some of her friends to order food. Everybody else around her got their food, but her. she asked the employee about her order and was told that her number was called. my daughter let the employee know that the number was never called and other people around her even said the same thing. they refused to remake her food nor give her a refund.

Well the food was great however the cashier mayerli and her coworker thought it was acceptable to talk about me in front of me and my son in Spanish,if you aren’t a people person and can’t provide customer service with a nice demeanor find a different job that you love to do!

Food is good and fresh. Service was very good. The dining room is hot. A couple of celling fans would make a big difference. The thermostat was at 82 degrees at 10:45am. Too hot!

Customer service is nonchalant. They laugh and play when you wanna order. I had to use the bathroom after eating and drinking my order. They locked the bathroom just as I walked towards it, saying it will be closed for 30 min. Seconds later they told me 40 min, followed by giggling and spanish language. I waited patiently, but I’m diabetic and really had to go. I was able to hold for 30 min. Then they told me I had to wait an additional hour! This too, was followed by more laughter and spanish language. I had to find a side street to relieve myself. I was so embarrassed!
They security guard told me,…” I don’t care if you have diabetes, heart condition, in a wheelchair…this ain’t the hospital! This is a business!”.
I guess with this Wendy’s business, the customer does not matter. Just their money!

Was there 8/17 Cashier was so sweet. It was 730am. She had a smile. i hope management recognize that. Soanish lady that prepared my food n bought up to counter so nice. My seasoned potatoes and honey maple bacon chicken croissant was yummy. Thank you.
