This franchise would get more than five if I could. Very nice dining area, easy kiosk and mobile order instructions were correct. Two freestyle coke machines and a separation between pick up, on the go and the spot where you order making it very open.

So glad this Wendy’s opened up! There’s plenty of seating and service is fast considering the large amount of people going in. Just be prepared for a little wait time since it’s new to the area.
It’s very clean inside and they do have a restroom. There’s also the option to order from the kiosk which is faster than being on line. Soda machines are available too.
There’s no parking garage that belongs to them so street parking is a bit hard, other than that happy to have a Wendy’s nearby.

UPDATE: FRIDAY, JANUARY 31, 2025, 5:25PM: Yesterday, Thursday, January 30, 2025, I visited this Wendy’s after 9PM. I saw some additions to the menu, as well as saw an employee change the bathroom entry code. Other than these, I noticed no other changes, since my previous visit.

This was my first time visiting this Wendy’s, and my first time in more than twenty years to a Wendy’s. The food was good, the oatmeal bar was delicious, and the French fries were really good. The person who took our order seemed a bit wooden and stiff, but to be fair, he could have been painfully shy.

I ordered using the mobile app as the store was closed for dine in – it took them more than 10 minutes to have my order ready, I rang the bell and let them know that I was waiting for that time and the answer was: “We’re busy”— when they came with the order the lady with the glasses started arguing that the time was 5 minutes and get actitude was not right… it is important to take i to account that the customer service is important and even more in a fast food restaurant what you’re waiting is to have your orden ready in a short time. Sarcasm and rolling eyes + trying to make me wait more time is not good!!!

What a shame about the new ice cream. In the advertisements it looks very pretty and well served, but when they serve it to you in the restaurant it’s a disaster.

Police were called by staff due to problems with an aggressive non-customer that didn’t respond to a management request to leave the premises after getting rough with the ice vending part of the fountain drink dispenser. I didn’t feel safe and had to move out of the way, then eventually leave, so I had rather a nerve-racking coffee break. Unfortunately, scenarios of this nature are becoming commonplace in city fast food outlets.

Got the wrong food delivered. Called this store at 635pm august 17th 2025. Women picked up and when I asked if the order was still there I got hung up on intentionally. Called back, same thing. Thanks for nothing

Nighttime window-only service is horrible. Staff is slow, incompetent, and mismanaged.

Why is only one person bagging orders while 3 others, PLUS the manager are aimlessly milling about??

Absolutely infuriating to see your order sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes while ONE staff member is preparing other orders. This entire problem created by the idiotic model of locking the store when they could just hire a security guard and run the store normally until close. The store is way too busy to be window-only service.

By the time my food got to me, it was no longer hot.
