Never coming back to this Wendy’s location. The staff was incredibly rude. Their drive thru menu was being repaired and taken apart, items were all over the ground in the lane in front of the speaker with two men obviously doing repairs. There are no signs and no one directing cars to still use the speaker despite the men working on it. I went straight to the drive thru window to ask but was greeted a mean stare. I asked if I was able to pick up my order here, but before I could even ask they told me you need to go around and stop at the speaker and I explained the speaker was taken apart and on the ground where you are able to stop at it. They didn’t care and told me to go around and I said I had a mobile order. An older woman came in and said “these people need to stop driving past the speaker…” clearly frustrated but to blame the customers who have no idea what is happening is terrible. There was nothing being done to let the customer know before they got to the window. Then all of the staff working to grab my order were making comments and gave me an attitude when handing me my food. I’ve never experienced such rudeness especially because I remained quiet and also apologized for mot knowing I was able to stop at the speaker prior. And thanked them when being handed my food despite the terrible service I was receiving. I instantly regretted going here and thought I could get quick food on my break from work. And I don’t normally leave reviews but this honestly was no way to treat customers especially when there has been nothing done to warrant that behavior. I wish I can give this place 0 stars.

Good for your typical fast food joint. Usually fast service, around 80% accuracy. One if the updated ones so it has televisions and feels more comfortable inside. This location has a Coca Cola Freestyle machine which is big in my decision making. The food is the same you’d get everywhere else in the country so you know what you’re getting. This is right off the highway as well so it’s nice for a stop if necessary while traveling.

Went to Wendy’s in Clark just for chili. Got the large & even got my senior discount. It was the best chili I’ve had at a Wendy’s by far. Nice ‘n thick, hardy, and filling (2 large – $8.23).

Stopped going here for a while mainly because of the lettuce change. It makes huge difference believe me. Not to mention the manager always seems to be upset and very rude.

Like the location.. right before you enter GSP . There are few restaurants in this road .. tried Wendy’s for a quick sandwich. They have some parking in the front and rear , but I went drive through. They have a clear menu card at the entrance . Drive through was pretty quick . I ordered a sandwich and it was ready in less than a minute . Taste was ok. They put like onion rings on the sandwich , which was a bit oily. Could have avoided that. Otherwise the sandwich itself was tasty and ok for once in a month type of lunch . Costed less than 10$ . Wasn’t that expensive . Overall liked the experience

They charge for sauce. When a business starts to nickel and dime consumers then most likely they are cutting quality on the backend as well. This is my indication to avoid this business.

ive been here many times, the place is a mess always, or its clean because its so empty, their food is never fresh its disgusting i had a potato and it was rubbery? the fries are NEVER fresh theyre always old and been sitting out. i recently came and got fries and asked for them fresh, they decided lets not pull them up for fresh fries and refry them. they were either hard or hollow. this place is disgusting the garwood wendys is so much better.

Breakfast baconator combo. A sandwich with sausage, bacon, egg, American and Swiss cheese with potato wedges and coffee to get the day started. Delicious overall. In my opinion, it’s the tastiest fast food option. None of the hash browns from any of the competitors come close to the breakfast potato wedges Wendy’s serves. Coffee is coffee and the sandwich is very good but sandwich’s are also good at other fast food places. However, the potato at Wendy’s cannot be topped.
