I come to this Wendy’s at least once a week for my lunch break with some of my coworkers. The staff is friendly, but they really need to pay more attention to the orders. Almost every time, something is missing from the bag. It’s frustrating because the food itself is good, but the consistency with the orders could definitely be better

Love,love this branch.Friendly workers,neat kitchen at least from what I can see,prompt service and the food is so worth it, tasty and served hot or at worst warm.
Am not ashamed to say I drive all the way from East Orange to Harrison just so as to patronize the branch

I come to this location often for lunch. The staff is always super friendly, and the place is clean and well-kept. However, there are some issues to be aware of.
One of the two drink fountains is always out of stock, which really limits your options. Also, they don’t include sauces unless you specifically ask, which is frustrating. I’ve also had a few mix-ups with missing items, so I always check my bag before leaving—especially when picking up multiple orders.
Overall, it’s a convenient spot with good service, but definitely double-check your order before walking out.

Ordered through UberEats. Fries were old and chewy. Trash. That’s exactly where I threw them.
*Edit: Returned to add that I woke up this morning feeling sick after eating some of those fries and the Dave’s Double last night. It reminded me why I don’t eat fast food often.

My experience at the Harrison Wendy’s was pretty good. It’s an older location with decent service and was extremely fast within 30 seconds of ordering my food was ready. I got the Biggie Bag with a chicken sandwich all the food was hot and fresh. The lemonade is good as always and my overall experience was very good z

I have the best double burger and I been everywhere cuz I’m a truck driver and this Wendy by far is one of the most friendly and clean I was around 5pm even hear the name of the gentleman that serve me and take away my food when I finish Jevon great staff . Weird rude workers at this location. Plastic Braids is indeed a problem. Giving me an attitude because they screwed up my order? I went back to get the burger that ordered in the first place and she didn’t acknowledge the mistake, and she wouldn’t give me more than one sauce after having to come back. Rude and difficult for no reason. Maybe switch to more solitary line of work
