This place is horrible went to Wendy’s at 1243 Broad street in Bloomfield I ordered in the kiosks did not notice how many people were waiting for food; this place just got fuller and fuller. Had to wait almost 45-50 min and my order was still incorrect there is no order they are understaffed and can’t handle the demand. I’ve never seen such chaos in a fast food business.

I literally asked one of the workers to give me extra cheese on the potato and put the bacon on the side..Gave me normal cheese and put the bacon on top.I dont even know what to say I clearly showed him the text messege my girlfriend sent me how she wanted it done and he still messed it up.

Manger’s there need another brain cell I ask for a plain baconator on google the definition “A plain Baconator from Wendy’s is a simplified version of their signature burger, typically consisting of only the beef patties, American cheese, and bacon on a bun. It removes the standard mayonnaise and ketchup” they forgot 3 times and I have to explain it to the manager each time this time then the manger had the audacity to try and correct me at least the cook remembered because again I’ve been there 3 times saying the same thing I feel like a broken record. I like Wendy’s but it really getting annoying trying to tell them to put bacon at this rate the convenience is being out weight by the care from the other Wendy’s a mile away
