Today February 23rd 2026 I ordered through your doordash and the dasher noticed that she received the wrong order. The dash went back to Wendy’s and requested that they give her the correct order and she was told no. The workers at this franchise the Dasher said was very rude and nasty. I’m going to do a formal complaint against this business. I will be reporting this franchise to the better Business bureau in any other places that I can. If I find a way to report this to headquarters I will gladly do so. I’m trying to find the person on TV that people uses to show people who the workers truly are. I hope that undercover Boss can also go to all franchises besides Wendy’s to appreciate customers. This franchise should of went ahead and did a new order rather than being nasty to the person who came and picked up the order. This franchise gave my order to somebody else and didn’t compensate me for this incident. Mind you I had a long day from work with excruciating weather, I’m exhausted and one of the peace of mind with relaxing and enjoying my meal that I ordered. This place and any other place that behaves like this towards people should be shut down completely If they refuse to fire the staff and replace them with better ones.

my boyfriend ordered lunch from here yesterday and ordered his drink with no ice, they put ice .. cool no big deal .. however, when he gets to the end of his drink he starts chewing his ice and gets hit in the teeth with his metal piece from THEIR ICE MACHINE and not a little piece. He called the location and they did not care and told him to file a complaint to corporate. Luckily, he is a manager at his establishment and we have the camera footage from the moment the delivery driver brought the food to the moment he noticed and got hit by the metal piece AFTER finishing his drink, which is also highly unsanitary. He’s been sick since that day. We will be speaking to a lawyer. The way this was handled was completely unacceptable.

My co worker found a piece of metal in his drink that apparently fell from the drink dispensar. I called and the manager did not seem to care or have any sympathy. She said to make a complaint to the website thats posted on the back of the receipt. This is absolutely absurd and completely unprofessional behavior by the staff handling food at Wendy’s. They cant seem to even follow simple directions when it was clearly stated ice was not wanted in the cup. If they read directions this could have easily been avoided. Wendy’s slogan is ” we got you” well you got us messed up

Order through the drive way, I ordered 2 biggie meal and a regular meal guy told me 40 dollars I said can I see the receipt this can’t be right he said I had to tap my card first so I parked my car went inside and ordered my meal was 25 dollars. Was this worker trying to pocket the money.I ask to speak with a manager no manager was on sight, then someone else came behind asking why they charged him wrong I think some scamming is going on at this Wendy’s make sure to check your receipt

I placed a DoorDash order and they told my delivery driver they didn’t have my order. I don’t know how that could happen but it was little effort to try and fix a small issue. Please don’t waste your time at this Wendy’s. I felt bad for the driver waiting for over a hour to get an answer. If you want don’t want a negative experience don’t come here or order online.

They never seem to get my order right! I speak to them in both Spanish and English, yet I still end up with the wrong meals. From now on, I guess I’ll have to order inside and check before leaving. I was craving a Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant combo, paid the full $9, and instead got a plain chicken biscuit with no cheese, no bacon, and definitely not maple. Gossip is more valuable to them than the customer I guess ‍♀️

Last time I ate food from here, I got an upset stomach and it wasn’t pretty. Never going to this location again. And they get your order wrong here too. Not worth it.

Place is nicely setup inside. Recently remodeled. Food and service are usually good. Parking lot design is not the greatest. Make sure to check sour cream packages if baked potatoes are purchased. Unfortunately, I’ve had expired ones given to me in the past…
