I went through the drive through and ordered my food they lady didn’t even check I have everything I ordered my frys were missing and my sauce was missing then I go inside , I’m waiting about 15 min while people are cutting the line in front of me to ask for more sauce. Then I tell the lady my fry is missing and she grabs my fry and her fingers are touching my frys. Next time wear gloves while grabbing food and make sure your customers food is all in the bag before handing it to them.

I come to Wendy’s almost weekly, often they’re forgetting parts of my orders but today I walked in because they forgot nearly a whole meal and was berated by some old lady who insisted I was just trying to get free food. I wouldn’t be in there if I had all my food I just want to go home and eat with my family. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Wendy’s. I’m hungry and I’m getting yelled at by some old woman? I order digitally so I don’t have to deal with people, I wouldn’t be in there if I didn’t have to be.

Fast food is not my first choice, but if in a hurry, on the road, or making someone happy it’s why it continues to be a success. Many thanks for these reasons to franchise owners and all of the employees who for the most part do a great job taking orders and giving customers their food within minutes. In one of these situations today, thanks to the Torrington Wendy’s for the new cheddar bacon chicken sandwich with bacon jam and cheddar roll and fried onions. Kudos to the corporate team that creates new menu items. My grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon is still delicious…not sure if it is on the menu…might have to ask for it driving thru…

We loved everything we ordered. Fresh, hot and tasty. The chicken avocado BLT sandwich is delicious. Love the muenster cheese on this item, too. Wendy’s varies their ingredients and menu options more than the other big fast food chains. They also regularly have good deals on bigger purchases that include Whoppers, burgers, fries, nuggets and drinks. Wendy’s doesn’t charge more if ordering their shake as your drink option, but they do charge to add cheese to their Whopper. It’s small but thick and creamy.

I DO NOT recommend eating at this Wendy’s. Absolute horrible experience, the manager was rude and very lazy. My boyfriend and I attempted to order 2 different meals both wanted our meals spicy when we got up to the window the manager came over to the very nice lady at the window proceeded to keep telling her to close the window and after a few minutes they reopened the window and told us we could only have one meal spicy because it takes a while to make them both spicy. I never once had this issue at any other Wendy’s I have stopped at and this isn’t something I eat frequently. This Wendy’s will never be getting any money from me the lack of professionalism and the laziness is mind blowing.

This is one of the nicest Wendy’s locations I have been to. The location is lovely, the staff is pleasant, and the food is on par with the other Wendy’s locations I have been to. I had the Dave’s Single Cheeseburger with French fries, which is quickly becoming my usual order.
This location is very busy. But the drive thru workers had the line flowing well.

Horrible experience. Gave my doordash pickup order to someone else without even confirming. Then started questioning me like I was in the wrong when it was clearly on my screen… had to wait 40+ minutes just to get it resolved and remade.. then I come home and was still missing a pack of nuggets and they messed up on 2 burgers smh never again.

Attempting to order a biggie bag meal it was some confusion as to whether or not I can upgrade the fries to baconator fries which I’ve done several times in the past young lady stated that they do not do that, however, someone else jumped on the mic and was very Pushy , rude and loud to the point I could not understand what was being said. I can’t understand why she had a problem with me trying to get clarification as to why they no longer upgrade the fries. Needless to say, I simply canceled the order. Most importantly, I did not appreciate the attitude when I was being 100% Polite very poor customer service needs additional training.

I’m generally a fan of Wendy’s among the most common quick serve choices – I love their spicy chicken sandwiches and the burgers are good too. But this location is very mediocre. Fries tend to be cold, sandwiches are sloppily put together.

Service took forever. Got to the window and the employees are just chit chatting and laughing, no problem if everyone wasn’t sitting outside waiting for food. Never had a wendy’s take so long in all my life
