Not a typical fast food person, but there is one thing that will bring me to Wendy’s. I had a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich. My favorite fast food breakfast sandwich is definitely the Wendy’s Baconater. It is hard to put into words how delicious this sandwich tastes if made properly. Bacon, sausage, cheese, and a delicious sauce on a buttered bun.
The restaurant is clean and plenty of parking outside. The way the parking lot is set up is a little strange and makes no sense. It’s a one way that forces you to exit near the drive through if you park near the restaurant. When I went there, I was supposed to have the order picked up inside but the dining room was closed for whatever reason. It forced me to go through the drive-through. Other than that, I have no complaints about the staff or restaurant.

Don’t bother trying to get the breakfast from here. I’m giving a 1star because TWICE now I place a mobile order for breakfast and TWICE now I pull up to the drive-thru and their intercom says they are CLOSED and to come back during hours. Mind you it’s 7:45am and it says they are OPEN at 7am. Today 7/10 there were 2 cars in the parking lot and I saw people walking around in the building. I parked off to the side in a different lot just to be sure they were open before ordering and when I saw the cars and the people(workers) inside I placed the order. I sat for a few minutes to give them time then pulled around to the drive thru. Get the automated message that they were CLOSED and to come back during hours, ONCE AGAIN it was 7:45am. I pull up to the window and both workers have managed to “disappear”. I park my car and check the doors and they were locked. So I had to cancel my order and not get my breakfast before I had to be to work. So once again THANK YOU SO MUCH for allowing me to NOT have breakfast. If you aren’t going to be open when your hours say you are open you really need to just change it.

Ordered a number 7 combo, big bacon classic with medium fries and a drink. On the menu it says 11.99. My total was 15 something. I was on the app earlier checking the menu and it said it should be 12 and some change with tax. I went inside to tell them i was charged too much and they said they upsized me to a double as they supposedly always do unless someone doesnt specify. They refunded me the difference but no one apologized. Theres no writing on the menu at the drivethru that shows the price or option of a double, i think the manager or owner there is greedy and tells their employees to do this so they can make more and hope no one notices. Disgusting business model, i dont normally go to wendy’s and i definitely wont again.

Darleni was an amazing employee. I do not know her personally, but we watched her work ethnic and she was working like crazy doing a bunch of different jobs at once all right with a smile on her face and she was very kind. When I asked her names to, we could leave a specific review just for her.
