I stopped at this Wendy’s and went through the drive thru.
The staff members were super friendly.
My food was good, but the condiments were a little much.
Also, the prices are a little on the high side, but given the way prices are skyrocketing, perhaps all the Wendy’s prices are higher now.
Getting in and out of the driveway can be difficult @ times.

Wendys is our go to for fast food. Granddaughter always gets jr. bacon biggie bag. This location is pretty good. Don’t like that they charge .50 for extra for sauce.

This facility was not clean and the customer service was terrible. How do you work at Wendy’s and not know how to make special advertised drinks. We ordered our food and they served four(4) customers who ordered after us before we got our food. Flys were everywhere and none of the condiments were stocked. The floors were so nasty, your feet stuck to the floor like walking on spilled syrup. Food was okay. Not the best experience with this Wendy’s.

We went to the drive thru at 4:30pm to buy some charitable boo books and the red head female spanish manager with no name tag said that they don’t have any more boo books. Then we came back thirty minutes later and asked a different person if they had the boo books and they said yes they have two full brand new cases in the back and how much would we like to purchase. Basically she lied about charitable boo books. Everytime we go we get attitude from that exact manager. We are met with rudeness when we’ve been donating for a good cause.

Ordered here instead of bridge where I live, they got order wrong and I had trouble understanding the lady, her English was not good, ordered a Dave’s double with no tomato or lettuce, and when I opened the sandwich there was 1 piece of meat and you could see they took the tomatoes and lettuce off the sandwich, sandwich was old, I could tell from the hard cheese, and was very sloppy

The prices on the signs don’t match what you’re charged. The cashier said the prices were at least $2 more than advertised per item. This is illegal under Connecticut law.
They’re supposed to give you the item free of charge for up to $20 for consumable items once the price discrepancy is pointed out.

I ordered a sandwich combo on the mobile app. About halfway through my sandwich, I bit into something that wasn’t part of the sandwich. I spit it out and out fell a screw. A WHOLE SCREW. I’ll be attaching the picture for reference. Then, I call the location and speak with Jeff G who claimed to be the manager and he was unphased and unhelpful. He offered an apology and couldn’t even refund me over the phone. Needless to say, I’ll be calling corporate and finding a lawyer.
