Easy to access when headed out of Middletown. Service was not awful. People were civil and we didn’t have to wait too long for our order. Food wasn’t awful, just not very fresh. Clean, gender neutral bathrooms.

Last night we went to use the cheese burger day’s deal, and Wendy’s was the last place we went to get the food. Sadly I had to say, we had the worst experience here. First, the app didn’t work for all day the worker there said. Second, it is the coldest food in the three restaurants.

Cherry coke had no actual coke it was jus cherry and the seltzer water they use, saucy nuggets container was open, baconater fries container was open, lid wasn’t fully on the coke either. After further inspection there was a hair in my fries and they forgot the sauce.

I stopped here and went through the drive thru to purchase the Dave’s Biggie Bag, which included a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, French fries, Nuggies, and a root beer soda.

Food is usually fresh, hot, and quick. But the service can be really nice, or very rude. Some employees just seemed to have given up. Mostly a bored “hello”, takes order without saying anything, and when food is ready, some will just toss the food on the tray, or toss your bag on the counter.
Lobby needs a major remodel. Very outdated and the age is showing.
I like Wendy’s food, but this place needs someone to step in, give the employees incentives, and update the interior.
