We got here about 1030 at night and the lady working Drive thru was very pleasant. It was nice to hear and see someone at that time so bubbly. The food was made to order and the wait wasn’t long. The food was very good and fresh. I will definitely come back to this Wendys. Thanks for making our Sunday night good.

Didn’t know the store was closed and a dude with my plates was parked i ln the drive through just hanging out with his friends in the store. Couldn’t be bothered to come move his car. There were 3 cars blocked in because no one knew they were closed all the lights were still on. Do better!!! Everyone inside laughing thinking it’s funny while we sit for over 10 minutes blocked in the driveway not cool maybe think about having responsible people working and not blocking the driveway. Not mad there were closed that our bad for not noticing the time just mad we got blocked in and everyone inside thought it was a joke to leave all of us that way

ATTEMPTED to order a couple frostys several different times but they’re always “down”. Doesn’t matter the day or time, they’re always incapable of making them. The one time I ordered food here it was incredibly greasy (way more than it should have been considering it IS fast food) and clearly was inedible.
McDonald’s is known for their ice cream machine always being down, but this Wendy’s is definitely taking that crown for being “down” all the time!

The manager denied us entry 8 minutes before closing time, we then ordered through the app. When we got to the window we were told that the frosty machine was turned off for the evening, and that we had to contact customer service for the refund. Well, I tried and they don’t answer the phone, and the live chat feature isn’t responding. I find this stranger because out of all my 15 years of patronizing wendys, they have been my favorite fast food restaurant.

My husband and I went to this restaurant on the way to the ferry. The place was spotless, the customer service was amazing. Emily really took care of us helping us place our order and having a smile and being so kind the whole time. Definitely will be back to stop in next time we are in Connecticut <3

Ice machine with no ice. Counter person although very nice was struggling to take my order which was pretty simple.
Restaurant was not very clean. I get it, its a fast food restaurant but I remember a time when it was just a better place to visit.

Wendy’s in Plainfield doesn’t have chocolate for their frosty’s any longer. I went the other night and they didn’t have any and two days later they are still out. This is the original frosty flavor not sure why they wouldn’t have it. So we have to go from Plainfield to Norwich for a frosty! There must be something that can be done.

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch today while on a road trip. We had the pleasure of being served by Evelyn. She’s a very nice employee there. In fact we both remarked just what a kind person she is. I looked on the official site for an employee recognition link, but did not find one. So I’ll leave a review here. Good job Wendy’s for having such a pleasant person on staff. The food was good too.
