I rated it well before because it was great, but I don’t know if there’s no management or what happened but the food is crazy. Look at that burger the BACON on it is thicker than the patty. Unbelievable. Not the first time it’s happened to me in the last ~3 months and I bet it won’t be the last. I get it’s fast food but cmon now

Update: Wendy’s has repeatedly lied to me and stated that they have tried to reach out to me when there is only one email from Veronica from several weeks ago when I first bought this matter to their attention! When I called customer service, they stated that management had reached out to me “several times” and that I did not respond. Now when I call the store, they pick up the phone and hang up. There are NO missed calls or voicemails from the North Windham store on my call logs. I recently spoke with customer service for Wendy’s and the representative make a comment “Really, you are doing all this over a delivery order?”
He also accused me of doing this to “get the employees fired!”
For the record, that is not my intention, as I do not know these employees personally AND I just want to hold them accountable for what they have done!

I LOST money and two customers had their orders cancelled and a refund issued instead of getting their food!

Also. I confirmed with Door Dash that Wendy’s confirmed and accepted the order prior to them sending it out to dashers!

Bottom line…Wendy’s was completely wrong in this case. If they are open until 2:00 am, they should be doing business until 2:00 am, not deciding to stop taking orders 1/2 an hour before they close! That is a deceptive business practice!
I have worked in plenty of restaurants in my lifetime and in every one of them we had to take orders up until the time that we close and clean AFTER the store is closed!

And finally, I don’t care how bad your day is, no one has the right to disrespect a customer (especially since I kept the conversation “clean” with both employees) and threaten to call the police on me because I was unhappy with the service I received!

At this point, all I can say is that video and audio DO NOT LIE! Door Dash has documentation of all this and the customer’s involved do as well!

PLEASE investigate this incident and their deceptive business practices and attempts to cover up for their employee’s behavior!

At this point, if this cannot be resolved, then I will have no choice but to release the call publicly and let consumers decide if their behavior and business practices are ethical.

This is not something that I WANT to do, as this could negatively impact their business and reputation! But I cannot just stand by and let these employees blatantly disrespect me!

In closing, I have an hour long recording with Door Dash of this entire call, from about 15 minutes before my arrival at Wendy’s until the time I left the drive thru!
The employees completely LIED about the Door Dash representative “canceling the order!”

No straws or napkins out in the dinning area only what they give you. It’s Wendy’s fast food what more can you say? Same taste as any other Wendy’s. I do like the chocolate frosty and the new frosties are yummy as well…

Visiting this place was disturbing. The appearance of the place was a disaster. Bathrooms dirty, food missing ingredients, fries were dark meaning fried in old oil. Employee with pijama no hair nets AT ALL. You guys are dealing with food not in a warehouse.

the bathroom was absolutely filthy, i threw up in my mouth a little and decided to take my business elsewhere, that’s how grossed out i was! and it wasnt just a little mess that is normal in any public bathroom, it was over-the-top negligence!

Had an annoying encounter at the drive through. Where I ordered a burger and a medium frosty. Apparently at the first window the clerk took of the frosty with out me knowing. I know I ordered one because she asked me what size. I pay and roll up to the 2nd window where I get my burger and I am waiting for my frosty. Where the 2nd lady told me I didn’t order one. I was like wth I totally ordered one it’s like 90 degrees out. I looked at my receipt and saw it wasn’t on there so I drove off angrily.

i ordered on doordash and i payed for 2 bacon burgers and cheese fries. i only received a plain hamburger. it was not the doordashers fault since the correct receipt was on the bag.
