Although food is alway good and restaurant is always clean. I have to say that service is not as great as it use to be. Sone times u go there and there is 2 employees working with a massive line. I mean we get our food it just takes time. Food is hot and fresh so cant complain there.

My husband had gone in to get some food and they forgot his chicken nuggets. We were in a rush and could not go back… and when he went in a lady was very rude and loud with him. NOT a good look.

I went to Wendy’s to order food at the drive-thru. I said, “Hi, may I place my order?” but the employee responded with “What?” I told her that I couldn’t hear her, and she replied in a very rude way, saying they didn’t have anything.
When I asked her why she was speaking to me like that, she continued to use inappropriate language even though I was a customer. This happened during the evening shift on Monday.
I hope Wendy’s management reviews this employee’s behavior because it was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Great place to stop by for something quick to eat. There was some wait time, but to be fair I requested fresh food and got that, plus there was a huge rush. My only complaint is the lack of an awning, or some cover over the car when placing the order, and at the window- the interior of my car was soaked. Just something to keep in mind, but other than that, it was nice.

I visited Wendy’s on Monday evening, and the drive-thru employee spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way. I was surprised by her attitude and the inappropriate language she used. I hope management reviews her behavior, as this is not acceptable customer service.
