I went through the drive thru at this Wendy’s location yesterday and purchased the $5.00 Biggie Bag consisting of a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, Chicken Nuggies, a small order of French fries, and a root beer to wash it down. The staff was cordial and I was in and out very quickly. My food tasted good and it was nice and hot.

What’s the point of the mobile app allowing a drive thru order if the employee at the drive thru window won’t hand it to me? Why make me drive back around the building, park, go inside and get my own order when you can walk literally five steps and hand it to me?

Never in my life would I review fast food but I’ve never had my mind blown like I have by this place. I’ve tried to get a chocolate frosty which is on half the poster in the building and they do not have chocolate ever. I didn’t know that was a situation. It feels like the McDonald’s ice cream situation, but it makes less sense cause it open of the 2 flavors. I’ve never gone to a Wendy’s and this is the case and it’s been a year of trying. Why go back you might ask well it’s about a 1 minute drive from my house so why go out of the way to another Wendy’s. Also the rudest people I’ve ever experienced at a fast food place and I’ve had my fair share. But I’m also new to Connecticut and it could just be those people were raised here and never learned a manner in their life but hey to each their own. Wendy I hope you clean up your spot it’s a joke

The manager’s conduct was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend this particular establishment. I am genuinely surprised that she remains employed. Her demeanor was consistently rude during the period of 7:30 PM to 3:00 AM.

Went in to use the bathroom off rip the girl at the counter had a attitude no hello how are or welcome to Wendy’s I was told I had to purchase before using strange but ok I purchased a frosty an simple said I didn’t want it she rolled her eyes an said you don’t want it I said no I made the purchase it should be no issue here I said all that to say this baby girl definitely needs to work on their customer service skills…

Disappointed, I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon on it and they decided to give me cheese fries with bacon on it and that is not the same thing, I called to complain just for the manager to tell me they have potatoes all the time and she doesn’t understand why I wasn’t given one and for the phone to hang up. She really lucky I can’t get over there due to having no car.

This was the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Got my order wrong resulting in some kind of stuffed potato grease all over my car went back for my order they demanded I return the other food which I had promptly discarded on getting home.
I drove back home to get the food out of the trash and return it at which point I demanded a refund rather than get my order which they stated only the manager can do. I demanded to speak to the manager. Who they said would not be back to the next day.
I finally excepted my order which was chicken nuggets and fries which were covered in white grease and slime.l wish I had taken a picture to display with this post.
The next day I called the store and was offered a refund.
Though I do enjoy Wendy’s every now and than I won’t be coming back here.

One of the worst Wendy’s ever from management down to staff, the lines are always long. The management never hires even tho they always say theyre hiring and this is one of the known places that door dashers go to and just take food cause they dont check nor do they care
