So went through the drive thru expecting the typical Wendy’s experience and that’s not what I got. I placed my difficult order because we are picky eaters and we pulled up to the window gave our payment and immediately was handed my drink and food. Not only did they get the whole order correct it’s was scalding hot. It’s was all delicious not on bite was gross. I am very impressed. Wendy’s in Rutland has stepped up their game to a whole new level for me. Take a bow and be proud. Thank you for a wonderful experience especially after working all day ourselves and driving two hours to get to Rutland makes it to where I can’t wait to eat there again!

With so many options on Route 7 service speed means a lot for fast food and Wendy’s failed that test. I preordered on the app a $5 order and it took 10 minutes in the drive thru to get. This was Friday at 4 PM. On the plus side, the building has been recently updated, the staff was friendly, and the food quality was good.

That was the fastest I have ever been served. They had my order ready and hot before I was even finished paying. Everyone was wicked nice and helpful. I wish I got the names of the lady and gentleman who got me my food. The dining area was cleaned, and well stocked. Best Wendy’s experience I have ever had.
