Clean and the food arrived quickly. Fair prices and better deals and better quality food than McDonald’s. I have no idea why Wendy’s is not more popular than McDonald’s now.

This happened today at the Wendy’s in Rutland, Vermont. This person approached us aggressively and made racist comments, including saying she would call ICE for no reason. We were just quietly waiting for our food.
Other customers in the restaurant were also uncomfortable with her behavior.

Walked in. Clean and well kept entrance and seating area. The man who took our order was polite and very friendly.
But our order was not correct. I didn’t get 2 burgers I asked for. I got the wrong baked potato and no salad. Chilli was over cooked and my husband didn’t eat it after one bite. Very disappointed in the food quality. I paid for baconator….got classic burgers. Fries were ok.

This was the best wendys experience i have had since i was a teenager. The fries where perfect most wendys they are soggy or cold. These were crispy and hot. The beef was actually perfectly seared and hot while the veggies were actually fresh crisp and cold. The buns were also warmed. They also included the sauces most always forget.

Got the 4 piece chicken strips, 2 had a hard center and was very chewy… I had to spit them out. Not the friendliest people working there.

With so many options on Route 7 service speed means a lot for fast food and Wendy’s failed that test. I preordered on the app a $5 order and it took 10 minutes in the drive thru to get. This was Friday at 4 PM. On the plus side, the building has been recently updated, the staff was friendly, and the food quality was good.

I enjoyed eating in Wendy’s dining area at lunchtime today. It had a quiet atmosphere and I was entertained by the traffic going past outside without all the usual noise.
I had a burger instead of my usual chicken sandwich and front it to be delicious.

My son & I came into this Wendy’s today. No, but deal there was a new employee on the register. What I asked for was a 4 for $4.00 we asked for one extra patty of burger & some extra bacon . We got our order and there was only one patty, went up asked about the mix up. I asked for 2 patties extra bacon. NOTHING ELSE plain please. They hand us the burger & guess what there was cheese which we didn’t ask for, the women making the burgers asks me if there’s a next time to make sure I to explain what’s wanted??
What does it mean when you tell someone my son would like a double burger & Bacon only asking with the word plain?
But that woman made me feel like it was my fault when she said all the burgers come with cheese when you ask for plain?
Don’t really know what to say… So to that women sorry that I asked for his burger incorrectly . Not impressed & I work in this community can’t see how hard it is to make it the way the customer wanted it made.
The two pictures are from where we were sitting in the restaurant. Looked like no one had cleaned in a couple hours fries all over the floor & water or juice on one of the chairs.
