Really a shame because Wendy’s is generally one of the better fast food locations. This location is just terribly staffed and disorganized. The main issue for this review is that they don’t want to make any delivery orders past a certain time. Why the store still has orders printing but then refusing to capture the sale is beyond me. As a DoorDash driver and customer myself, would love to see this issue resolved.

Where to begin…used kiosk to order, got incorrect order, staff accused me of ordering wrong things and that it wasnt their mistake. Food was cold and not very Wendys like (usually good). Overheard manager scream to staff to “go and wash your hands” as I was about to take a bite…I cant make this up. One of the staff confronted someone (screamed at them) for looking at them a certain way in the dining area. They didnt appear to know each other. Uncomfortable experience. Unfortunate because last time I visited, yes awhile back (6 years ago), my experience was actually good.

I visited this location on Saturday night with a strong craving for Wendy’s chili. I arrived at the drive-thru at 11:45 PM, well before the posted closing time of 12:00 AM. Unfortunately, I was told the kitchen was already closed and only Uber Eats and DoorDash orders were being accepted.
As a customer who drove over 30 minutes to get there, this was very disappointing. If the kitchen closes earlier than advertised, the hours should be updated to reflect that — maybe 11:30 PM instead of midnight — so customers don’t waste time and fuel.
Please consider adjusting your schedule or policies to better serve in-person customers.

Wendys overall is better than all other fast food places available in Vermont. This Wendy’s is no exception. The meat is solid and the grease is the least I’ve ever seen. I am always impressed. Fries could have done with a touch longer in the fry but otherwise, everything is solid

I’ve been to many Wendy’s over the years and this was by far my favorite experience ever. Brad who took our order was fantastic. Never before have I not only been treated with the utmost respect, but he asked all relevant questions and took care of us when lobby supplies were low. Delivering them right to us. When my mother wanted to let the manager on duty know how much we appreciated Brad’s service, he made a comment I won’t share but, made it clear that he thinks very highly of himself.

I therefore am posting this. For Brad. A gentleman and excellent example of doing a job with pride and dignity and integrity.

I’m actually looking into if I can relocate to the area so I can enjoy the experience again.

Highly recommended and would move to go again.

Not really sure why would anyone eat this food. The smell in the store is enough to ruin any appetite. The food is super greasy and ultra processed. Not really best service either. I would not recommend

I’ve been trying really hard to work with this facility. The staff are usually trying their best — except their manager — but multiple times, I have not gotten the food that I ordered. Today, my partner ordered baconator fries and the attached photo is what we got (notice the bacon is singed). My partner also asked if the staff had given us extra barbecue sauce because I’d specified it in the online order. The cashier assured us they had. We got back to work to eat and there was no barbecue sauce at all. I’m at a loss.
