After years of no going to Wendy’s, I brought my grandson to lunch and ordered us each a biggie bag. I requested honey mustard for mine and my grandson requested sweet and sour for his nuggets. We noticed his bag didn’t have any sauce. I went to the counter and the older lady (manager?) That was yelling our names/kiosk number told me I had to buy the sauce packet. I told her he didn’t get one and I’d give him mine but he doesn’t like honey mustard. She flat out refused with a tone so I walked away. I was stunned. A fellow patron offered one to my grandson and we ate our meal. This is why I stopped going there. I guess they haven’t changed. Go to the Augusta location. Much better

Wendy’s always has the best fries. I like to get a large fry and a chocolate frosty whenever I go. It’s good when you sip them in the frosty. It’s almost like the fries are hand cut and fresh.

When they say sweat, blood, tears they really mean sweat included. I watched my burger being made and they guy grabs his hat gloved up mind you, lifts it, combs his hair, then cleans his sweaty scalp then touches my burger. sees its wrong throws the buns. With the same dirty gloves shoves his hands into a bag of buns struggles go get a bun touches them all to get one and starts over again while making eye contact. The cashier was sweet took my complaint and had another person make. I accepted it but despite that my appetite was shot. I tried to eat and my appetite made me sick. Will not be trying this spot again

they was close at 19h45… it’s was show 22h… they just don’t care so they open up only the drive thru.. so impossible to eat on place. i can’t say if the food was good but the place looked clean from the outside… if you have a wendy’s and you just want the drive show it you don’t care about people…

Says online open till 12am everyday. I pulled uo at 11:01 and they shut the drive thru sign off, and told me no theyre only open till 12 Fri and sat. This is false advertising, and total bullshit

After waiting a pleasant 20 minutes, I order a simple jr bacon cheeseburger. This is the result when I opened it. I’m not sure how someone put together the burger in such a horrendous manner, or damaged it till this point. I will gladly not be coming back and urge at least a slightly better standard. That’s what I get for trusting in fast food for a quick easy meal .
