The service was hands down the worst I ever seen. The front cashier would stand behind the drive through so you couldn’t ask for anything. It took me 30 minutes to get my food and how awful it was. Talk about a let down I drove 45 minutes just because I was craving it.

All our food was cold. The fries, the nuggets, and the burgers. The soda syrup to carbonated water was off and the lights for the drive through and it’s menu sign were all off. The crew was polite and were clearly overworked and understaffed.

We were traveling and thought we seldom eat fast food. But I we tried the breakfast options . The chicken croissant was dry and so bland. The breakfast muffin was stoggy and was ditched after two bites. The fries were tough and chewy and basically inedible. The drinks we the only part that did not disappoint. Of the 4 meals one was pleasant the rest were below par even for takeaway. I used to love Wendy’s burgers but I doubt I will eat there again.

The only reason why you’re missing one star is because I feel like Wendy’s franchise quality has dipped down a little bit. Occasionally I get the bacon biggie burger. I remember years ago that I would get an endorphin rush when I ate it. I remember it being so good. Now it seems like the meat quality has changed and definitely the bacon was rubbery. My first bite all the bacon came out. I squeezed down and now my fingers are starting to go through the bread. I know this happens occasionally. You can’t control exactly how meat is going to be but it just feels like Wendy’s no matter where I go in the country is just dipping down a little bit since years of before. If you guys want to really step up your game and gain a whole bunch of customers, go eat a double bacon burger at Jack in The box in Hawaii. I don’t know what they do but it’s the best burger every time. I went back last summer and tried it and I almost ordered another burger just so I could eat for taste. All the Hawaiian food is like that. Even the sushi in 7-Eleven tastes phenomenal. I don’t get it. Figure that out. And you got gold my friend

The place was filthy, the surrounding area inside looked half abandoned. U could tell that they did not keep up on the cleaning of the place at all in the kitchen or in the lobby.
The cashier was a very older woman tho. Very kind. But that was the only good part about Wendy’s.. The food was not good either . I thought the meat tasted off and u could tell the fry oil was over used and needed to be changed.
If anybody asked me, I’d tell them to please find a different place to get food. Immediately. Seriously.

Ordered here many times. Often long waits but my order has always been right until today. Asked for 2 Cajun crunch combos and it appears that’s what is on the receipt and yet we got 2 chicken Asiago sandwiches instead. Not sure how you see it twice and make a completely different sandwich.

The whole experience here was much better on this visit. We had no issues placing our order and using the app and everything came out hot and quickly. Also, the whole place seemed much cleaner.
