Food was good. I used my mobile app went today. I think the manager who was working drive thru was unprofessional. I told her I used the app she scanned and said nothing is showing up on her end. She did not know how the app work and says “I have a millions things to do” I said you should learn your business apps ? This is no way to lead your employees. Did not even apologize. Way to go Wendy’s.

I am disappointed in my order. So I am not from around here and my son wanted Wendys. We ordered 2 baconator fries, ghost pepper fries spicy nuggets and a frosty. Both baconator fries didn’t have any bacon on and the fries tasted so old. I was so upset but I wasn’t going to head back out because we had arrived to the hotel room. The guy that took our order was ready nice!

I work here so I hate everything about it while I’m there lol but it’s true, fresh NEVER frozen meat. I will say that the management play favorites and don’t dish out fair treatment when it comes to coworkers or employees. That includes the GM as well as the assistant manager. Other than that, the place to eat at is decent and I honestly believe better than McDonald’s…. which I never thought I’d say….

Terrible terrible fast food chain. Food is always cold, line takes forever to get through. . I know I should stop coming here but unfortunately I like the chili and nuggets. I’ll just heat them up. Anyways, the night Manager (Guy) told me they don’t have anymore baked potatoes the other day & they’d be getting them back yesterday so I came down tonight, so I gave it a whole day… And Once again they don’t have baked potatoes .. there is no way they are selling through them that quick! they are just always lazy! Always a problem when I ask for sauce. They huff and puff. Idc They are slow and rude. . Idk maybe it’s because they are always out back smoking. Who knows but they should hire different Wendys staff. Horrific customers service. I know losing one customer isn’t gonna make a difference with anyone but me not coming back. But get this staffing together. Who ever the store/ district manager is should be a bit more strict. Cause this staff is running this restaurant into the ground.

Went to get food with my girlfriend, first off the woman at the register was clearly on something(couldn’t stand still and didn’t know how to use the register) after she got another coworker to help her we paid for our food. The second woman that helped us at the register was wiping her nose and then bagged our food. She spilled our fries and nuggets onto the counter then proceeded to make eye contact with us as she shoveled it into the bag with her hands using no gloves. There was no one there that seemed like they cared, won’t be coming back, disgusting and ridiculous.
