One day I was able to order from a person, now, i’m forced to use a kiosk. First the price goes up then the portions get smaller. Then the prices goes up again and the food looses quality. Nothing I can order here is worth the prices charged. Even the breakfast chicken is highly processed and smaller than the bun they call a croissant. Everything is garbage.

Nobody on the staff is wearing a hair net!!! I noticed it when I walked in and waited to pickup my food and I had a feeling the worst is coming… I took a chance and guess what!!! There was hair in my burger and I threw it away not worth driving back to complain but this is worth sharing cause it is unacceptable and irresponsible!!! Food safety is crying in the corner!!!

This place is very busy. But that’s for a reason cuz the food is pretty good. I always go through the drive-thru cuz I’ve got my pup with me. But let me tell you you’re able to get a small beef patty for $0.99 for your dog which is total bonus. And let me tell you my dog gives you a five-star we’re both fans

I’ve been to this Wendy’s a lot, and I’m never disappointed when I visit it! Wendy’s in general has amazing food, quality, and taste! They are usually clean for the most part, and I never have any issues eating in, or going through the drive through.
Only issue I ever had, which was I asked for my receipt clearly, and never received it. Not a huge deal, but something worth mentioning!

Quite slow, and for some reason no human is there to take an order, you are forced to use the kiosk, which there are only two of and only one works.
Food wise my fries were cold, burger was extremely flat and put together poorly, but my nuggets were surprisingly good.

Food was nice and tasty, even though I was initially given my friend’s nuggets. Restaurant wasn’t super clean, but it wasn’t dirty. Service was a bit slow. I would rate it 3.5 stars if I could.

We ordered 3 Asiago chicken clubs at drive through. Was not asked how we wanted them. Got 3 spicy ones. No one likes spicy and we were stuck with them because we got back on highway before opening bag. When I call to complain I got hung up on. I had to throw out sandwich. Not happy

Just got served raw Chicken sandwich, asked for the Manager and Chelsea denied me any information. Will be getting ahold of the health department tomorrow. I’ve got sick three times in there parking lot. I then barely only comped my sandwich after spending almost 30 dollars.. Everything about this place has gone down hill.. The food the service the atmosphere is not of good food and a family environment. Will never eat here again after this experience and hope others listen to this place, cuz she yelled out to them make sure they are all checked as I was getting my 12 dollars back he said yup they are good while me and my gf ate raw chicken!
