Friendly fast and attentive staff. Clean restaurant with a unique feature, a sink just to wash your hands. I liked not having to go into the bathroom to wash my hands. Got my food correct and fast, just like fast food should be!

Very typical Wendy’s that is relatively new so nice physical. Food is fine and what one would expect, but service lacks any sense of caring or urgency. Seem to never have potatoes ready, but what makes it worse is it takes 10 minutes for someone to say there are no potatoes and it will be 15 more minutes. It never seems like anyone working there cares at alll about the customer experience.

Food tastes good and no complaint about service but did get food poisoning a few hours later. I don’t eat out often (once every few months) so it might be I don’t tolerate fast food well but hopefully the management will be aware of this and check their stock to be safe

WOW!! Just had the Maple Bacon Chicken Crossiant….WAS EXCELLENT!! Dined in, I must say for a place that is 3 years old, exceptionally clean in the dining room and bathroom. Modern decor. Kudos and what an excellent way to start the day!

The bathroom area is great. There is a huge sink with a mirror offered at the end of the hallway. There is also a long mirror. It’s great that you don’t have to occupy the bathroom if you just need to wash your hands or check your appearance.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because the food that I did get was hot and delicious. I order through the mobile app. 3 items. Only one of those items was made correctly. Two orders of chili cheese fries and a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. ONE of the chili cheese fries was done to perfection. The other fries were missing the cheese and I didn’t even get the Burger. My mistake taking the server at the windows Word that everything was in the bag when I asked specifically if it was all there. I should have looked. I waited for more than 15 minutes in the drive thru line but I was ok with it because the entire world is short staffed right now and I understand. But when only one of my short 3 item order was correct I’m not happy. I even called the store and told them and the guy I spoke with asked if id be back to the store to which i said No because I was already home and my sitter had left and he replied with an “ok what do you want me to do?” Not great customer service from the new Wendy’s, food was hot and good but not worth a second trip anytime soon.

If your order is larger than two meals, you’re guaranteed to be missing items you paid for. Happens to me constantly, kids like Wendy’s that’s the only reason why it happens so often

This particular Wendy’s seems more consistently staffed well than a lot of other fast food places in the area. The staff are always friendly when taking my order and greeting me at the window. I haven’t had issues with my order being wrong and I’ve been coming to this particular location about once every two weeks for the past year. It’s always best to double check what’s in the bag before you drive off, but I’ve never been given an incorrect order. I think their breakfast menu is great and should be talked about more. The breakfast burrito is very good, always has a LOT of fillings and doesn’t have those weird fake-looking, rubbery eggs that some places have. Also the iced coffee is excellent. I get mine with just cream and no sweetener because it’s smooth and not bitter or burned tasting. Has a little bit of a nutty flavor. Better than Dunkins iced coffee in my opinion. I usually go to the drive through but the couple of times that I went inside, the booths were clean and the bathroom was also clean and stocked.
