The nicest girl Ciarra took my order, i’ve seen her many times but i was just having a bad day tonight & she was so kind. she always is fast, efficient, very friendly. Great meal here. My classic chicken and fries were crispy and hot. This was one of the cleanest Wendy’s that I have been at. I was impressed. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Did not take long at all for my order. Definitely a go to for a delicious and quick bite. I will be back.

I have worked at Wendy’s before so I know what the quality of food should be at all stores. This place was definitely below average. The fry’s were really not good at all and I think that they need to change the oil. My burger was ok but I think the meat was sitting on the grill for awhile. After I ate here I immediately got bad stomach issues and it lasted for a little while. Do better Wendy’s.

I said “can I get a couple more?”
She said she could only give me 1 because they charge for them now (which i totally understand)
I said, “even if I got 2 orders of chicken nuggets?”
She said, “yes” and immediately proceeded to SLAM THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW IN MY FACE.
Like damn I would have paid for the sauce, girl.
I work down the road from this location and frequent this location weekly. I will not be returning.

I couldn’t even finish my food I ordered. I was so disgusted today! I counted at least 3 different coworkers today and not one ever cleaned up the food off the floor. There was fries dropped by registers. Trash was spilled onto the floor, and the dining room literally smelled like a swap. Totally gross

In general, I do like Wendy’s. However, I will no longer be returning to this location. My partner and I went in today to get 2 large drinks. We waited for about 10 minutes until I went up and said something. I kindly mentioned that we had only ordered 2 drinks and if we could please get our cups. The girl seemed very flustered, which I understood because it was busy, however she did not get the cups for us, when all she had to do was grab them right in front of her. Instead, she made us wait another 15 minutes. While waiting, I witnesses a worker in the back yelling. She said and I quote, “The longer they stay in the window, the longer I take to make their food. Tell them to move.” The customer heard this because she yelled it and drove away with no food. I worked in the service industry for 12 years and I have never witnessed such disrespect towards a customer. Totally unacceptable.

The food was ok. Not hot hot hot. The service was efficient, not sure if they were understaffed. The staff seemed tired, or very busy as if she was doing more than usual. Tables were all messy, but it’s fast food in the city.
