Food is usually cold, even when we’ve picked up we’ve gotten it cold. They rarely ever put sauces in which is crazy because we pay for them now, and even when they do it’s wrong 9/10 times.

Just left the Wendy’s at the Nashua mall area. Wish I could say I’m shocked at how the food was,but this is the second time it’s been cold and left in the warmer too long. I figured, first time,ok everyone is entitled to an off day,however this time,same issue. Unfortunately I go to that location because it’s easier on my son’s break time,as he works across the parking lot. Burgers should NOT sit in the warmer longer than 16 minutes,the fries shouldn’t either,especially when rush is over and no need to be rush ready. The burger itself was so cold and you could tell it had been sitting too long as the cheese was hard around the edges,and when opened,because they got the order wrong,you could tell where they pulled off the lettuce. UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve worked in the food industry for many years and no way would I eat that,so there would be no way I’d let a paying customer eat that,it’s called having pride in your work,which clearly is a rarity these days. The fries were cold as well. Nothing should have been cold for just going across the parking lot. Not that it matters to this establishment or any other fast food place but, when sales start decreasing, don’t ask why. Especially for the prices people pay,the quality of food should be better as well as edible.

For reasons fully unknown to me, this location recently started getting tomatoes that taste really good and cut through the fattiness of the burger. I do not like tomatoes, especially not raw tomatoes, and only started eating them on burgers because I accepted that they do good things for the consistency and they’re healthy. But for some reason, they taste really good at this specific Wendy’s and nowhere else. I have no answers, only questions, and I will be back.
Also, their fries are great. Google won’t let me recommend the Dave’s Single but get that and fries.

I explicitly asked for no tomatoes on my 4 for 4 Jr. bacon cheeseburger. The young lady at the drive thru even read my order back, and still big tomatoe on my sandwich. I’m allergic to them… I also didnt get my receipt with my purchase. I received a “here”, and closed the window. The drive thru was empty by the way.

taking a star away because this is the 2nd time in a month I bought a 4-piece nugget here and only got 3 nuggets.
This is the first fast food restaurant that’s ever snubbed me for a nugget so getting hit 2x in one month is wild.

Food was bad, also don’t dine in. Out of ~30 tables, I had to choose which was the least dirty. Food on the floor, ketchup smeared on the table, trays everywhere, pieces of soggy bread on chairs and the list goes on. I have lived all over the US and this is the worst Wendy’s i have ever been to by far. Also the drink machine needs the finger strength of King Kong to select the flavors.

Kind of expensive for fast food, but everything is up since the plandemic. Place has a kiosk to place your order. A minion has been charged with handing it to you. Free refills inside.
I go through the drive though a lot and I’m always happy when I see Kendra at the window. She’s awesome. I know my order will be accurate and the food will be fresh when she’s working.
