Ordered 10 of each nugget, got only spicy? Ordered a bacon actor fry aswell that was nonexistent. A little more attention goes a long way, especially if it’s infront of your face.

I don’t think they know how to read nor know their own menu. Just recently I ordered a junior hamburger with ONLY extra mayo and onion yet they put pickle on it. I had them remake it but I don’t think they did as it still tasted like pickles. Today I got the same thing but got it to go, and they put cheese on it, but didn’t check until I got home because I figured they’d at least be competent enough to get it right. I love Wendy’s but it’s getting ridiculous because they can’t seem to get an order right. It’s just so simple.

They are no different than any other big fast food chain. Depending on the level of pride in themselves that the individual who is working that day has will depend on how good the food, service and atmosphere are. My question for this particular Wendy’s is, Why do you not have any trash barrels outside? Not one! It is annoying and kind of gross because people just throw their trash all over the ground and it ends up on the side street behind the restaurant. Sad really in a time when everyone is more conscious of nature and doing more for our environment Wendy’s can’t be bothered to provide their patrons who prefer to eat in their vehicles with a proper trash receptical.

Our favorite Wendy’s location! Food is always made fresh whenever we order. And, the employees get it out in a timely manner. Customer Service is good. They are friendly and professional here. And, it’s probably the cleanest Wendy’s we’ve been to so far. Keep up the great work!!! Much appreciation.

Food is okay as long as they get your order correct. They don’t let you upcharge/upgrade your meal and have a had time making your order correct the way you ordered it first time. The fountain drinks are my favorite here. Very large variety for beverages.

I came in tonight to grab my chicken nuggets. I walked in and heard a manager screaming at a worker. To be honest it made me feel bad the worker walked out saying his pregnant girlfriend got kicked out of the store. I left afterwards cause that’s just messed up. I WILL NOT! be coming back after witnessing this.

This is absolutely the best Wendy’s in town. The female manager from the Netherlands is extraordinary—always welcoming, charming, and dedicated to making sure you receive the best service possible. It’s truly a delight to run into her whenever I’m ordering here. She sets the tone for the whole team with her friendly and professional approach, making every visit a great experience. 10 out of 10 just from her service alone.

There was a girl yelling and grabbing her kids AGRESSIVELY. I made it clear me and the person I was with were uncomfortable. We talked to staff and they were nice. Then the woman HARASSED me after I told the staff, then the manager sisque(idk how to spell her name) told me it was okay cuz she knew her and thats just how she was. Letting a kid get mentally abused is crazy. I have videos of her yelling at her kids for being kids. She shouldnt be working if shes gonna excuse unacceptable behaviour from customers. Be better.
