Im never one to bash an establishment. I’m going to bash Wendy’s in Milford though. They are not my typical go to for on the go breakfast and therefore I don’t know their menu. So when I stated to the young lady working drive through I would need a moment…her demeanor quickly changed!

They screwed up my order, and when I pointed it out, the girl behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders and said “I dunno. I didn’t take your order.” The guy who served me then came over and announced I was wrong and the order was right. By now, I was seeing red. Eventually, he realized he has lumped my order with the previous one (Lord only knows how he did that with an all singing all dancing POS system…) After waiting me wait while they finished serving the next customer, I was rather begrudgingly given a refund. Nasty service all round.

The lady was very very rude and didn’t even tell me the food was done or to come up I just sat there in silence as she put my food down and left I had to walk up and ask if this was ours and they didn’t even answer they just rolled their eyes. Food was clearly sitting out before she had given it to us it was a little cold.

It’s a Wendy’s. Facility seems to be fairly clean. Service is normal. Food is normal, Wendy’s. I will say chicken is usually a good grab at a Wendy’s.
