The food is decent, and Wendy’s as a chain (at least around here) has gotten much better at getting your order correct.
Service is decent most of the time rarely get asked to pull up and wait for my order (a frequent occurrence at the McDonald’s and KFC/ Taco Bell locations around here).
Atmosphere? I mean, it’s a fast food chain. Notable atmosphere doesn’t exist at this price point; nor should it be expected to.

I’ve always had a good experience at the drivethru here. Food is hot, fresh and quick. Out of all the fast food chains I’ve been to, this one is better than most and deserves to be recognized. I would pass 20 MDs to stop here while traveling. Great job everyone!

Probably one of the most disgusting Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Burger was sloppy with stale bread and the fries were cold and barely edible. Kitchen looked fully staffed but couldn’t be bothered to run a register. I was told to order online or use doordash. I expect something like this from McDonalds not Wendy’s.

After reading the most recent review I felt that I should speak up as well as I had exactly the same experience. The girl with the long dark hair at the counter had a very poor attitude and never smiled once. Just no personality whatsoever. I am hard of hearing (hearing aid and cochlear implant) and when I couldn’t hear what she said and asked to repeat, it was like she didn’t want to repeat herself or even talk at all. What’s sad is that her manager was right behind her, watching her for awhile and never once pulled her off to the side. You could tell that she had that poor attitude for quite sometime and just did not want to be there. Also a profound lack of effort or motivation from her was concerning. When one crew member isn’t a team player, this causes the rest of the team to fall behind. I would’ve sent her home. The customer service was just all around atrocious from her. I’ve been to this Wendy’s multiple times in the past and dealt with very professional and cordial crew members. Never once had a problem. It’s sad that this Wendy’s has changed so much with their customer service over the summer. Much like what was said in the last review it took a good 20 minutes for my order to be ready, and normally it would take half the time or even shorter. I honestly hate writing bad reviews, but I received a very dark feeling from this crew member during my last visit. I hope things turn around over there the next when and if I ever do go there again.

Went to londonderry location for lunch. Bathroom was a total disaster. Dirty diapers on floor, no toilet paper, trash over flowing. I ordered a baconar with no bun they refused to give my lettuse instead of a bun said we don’t do that here.asked for a tap water and was charged for a soft drink.

DO NOT GO HERE! Got served raw chicken. Was super hungry, so I ate half of it before I realized. The lady behind the register was really nice about it and gave me a refund at least, but I don’t think I’ll ever eat at any Wendy’s again after this.

The girl that works at the cashier is the worse. She made me ran away from the place. I would never go back there. No smile. Such an attitude and very slow. My order was ready but it took her 20 minutes to pack it with such a mad face. I even asked her if she is having a bad day! If you don’t want to work just quit but don’t treat customers this way.

I went to this Wendy’s on Nashua Rd in Londonderry at 4:39 this afternoon. OMG, I have never been so disrespected or treated so mean by anyone in customer service than I was there today! I got med fries and an iced coffee. I was handed the bag with fries and before I took the coffee from this person’s hand I said it was too dark and needed more cream. She put more cream in it (took at least 2 minutes to do) and practically threw it at me when I went to take it. She slammed the window and before that I yelled “that was fresh!!!” I was furious. I went in to complain to the “manager” but the employees all gathered including this disrespectful and RUDE girl and they all seemed to hem and haw and I never got to see the manager. SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I actually thought she might have spit in my coffee before she gave it back to me so I wouldn’t drink it. I was so shaken by this I didn’t get a chance to ask for ketchup, I can’t eat fries without ketchup so hence, in the garbage. OMG, I am still steaming over this.
