Once again I am deeply disappointed at the amount (or lack thereof) of any food establishments on this island. What really is sad are; the staff seems genuinely agitated and short with customers in the drive through, the bags rarely come with napkins or straws and finally, please review the attached photo and remember that today is March 1.

Had very mixed results for attempted ordering at this Wendy’s. Good help is hard to find, which seems to be evident here. Unfortunately, it’s the only local location, so you get what you get. Don’t take my word for it. Read some reviews. I’ve personally waited over 40 minutes in drive- thru line to be told they don’t have the nuggets I had ordered. Zero empathy or care from the server. I’m sure this could be a great location. And that not all of the staff are the same, but it might be worthwhile finding a few new friendly and qualified attendants.

It is ironic that a hamburger chain that started the where’s the beef lost there own beef!! Where is it?? I got a burger there and the beef was like a piece of paper. I can’t imagine how they can skimp anymore. I personally find the hamburgers way under par. Dave Thomas would be embarrassed. Just saying.

Went through the Drive Thru but I had a Great Experience I ordered my sandwich a certain way and received it just as I had ordered it and i am always satisfied when I visit this Wendy’s I have been coming here since 2002 !

When we visited we did the drive-thru. We only ordered two small frosties and it took the guy about five whole minutes to get our order ready. The restaurant was empty and we were the only people in the entire location. However you can never be a Wendy’s Frosty. Prices and food are the same as any other Wendy’s location but the service could have been better considering that we were the only people in the entire location.

Went here on Tuesday July 16th 2024 with my parents for lunch on our newport Rhode Island Vacation. We walked in and needed a few minutes to decide what we wanted. Cashier helped us right away and was very nice. We ordered via dine in to sit down and eat our meals. we ordered 3 classic chicken sandwiches, the honey bbq chicken, and 1 medium triple berry frosty, and a chocolate frosty medium. We paid via credit card. The honey bbq chicken and frostys were ready fast. The chicken sandwiches took a while (like maybe 20 minutes?), and luckily we had the honey bbq chicken to eat while we waited. However, at least the chicken sandwiches were nice and hot when they were finally ready. Tables were clean, and chairs were comfortable. we all enjoyed our food. i enjoyed the new triple berry frosty!

It is usually pretty busy at this location but the line moves along. We used the drive thru and brought our food home. My order was correct. Straws and napkins were in the bag. My only complaints and reason for 4 stars is the fry containers were half full. And we ordered 2 drinks.. 1 diet coke and 1 regular coke. They were not marked so we had no idea whos was whos until we drank from them. The gentleman working the window was ok, but like i said busy location and u cant really talk to the person at the window and take an order at the same time. This could be improved, but not his fault.

Place smelled really bad like urine. Had to return a couple of cups because they were either wet (from a leaking a.c. above the counter) or because there were hairs on them. Food tasted ok, hope I don’t get sick!
