Hi everyone. I was angry. I went there a few times and there is no heating. Outside is so cold and freezing. I sit down and eat my burger with coca cola. My hands freezed and my feet are cold. Good things I wear warm jack. They are cruel and I noticed nobody complained but silent. I paid the food and I deserve the heat to keep warm inside. I don’t go there anymore. Not recommended because no heating for a month or two. Still no heating. They ignored customers for their sake. So angry.

New guy? The one who was at the drive-thru window today, Sunday, October 12th at 11:36 PM, gave me my order completely wrong. Very sad. I tried to call Wendy’s customer support, but they were closed. Very disappointed. He seemed kind of lost, like he didn’t know what he was doing… very sad experience.

They made a minor do the front counter and doing everything by himself while no one was helping until someone spoke up, but yes I understand they are a little short staff but that doesn’t mean you have to make the poor boy do it all by himself because their was a women their not doing much that could be helping him at the time instead of a customers pointing it out. He should get a bounce just for today work.

Dinner at 807pm. Worst Wendy’s ever. Stood in line for 23 minutes before we were acknowledged by staff (we were 1st in line) They were taking care of drive thru orders. A person from door dash came in to get an order and it wasn’t ready either. A person in drive they was told to pull over to the side and the driver came in and said she’s been sitting 35 minutes off to the side for her order. Manager made a comment that there was an issue with the French fries and would get to her soon. Well from the time we walked in to the time we got our meals (2 value meals) was 44 minutes. The dining area was disgusting with trash overflowed and fluids on the floor. Don’t know if we got food poisoning but 30 minutes later both of us has sever gastrointestinal issues. This location is the worst of the worst.

Asked for extra napkins and straws at the drive thru just for the aggressive female working the window really tried to say I was only allowed one straw until her manager must’ve said something because she opened the window and said some rude stuff to me so I gave her attitude right back! Absolute horrible customer service and definitely need to replace that girl! I will happily let corporate know 🙂
