I haven’t been here in 2 years. They charge $54 for one ranch sauce. Absolute asinine. How long will they get away with that? $5 for a large fry. They don’t set the prices. But never again.

Went inside and got a salad to go. My salad was never shut properly, but I recognized this before walking out and held the bag so it didn’t fall out of its container and into my bag. The salad was good besides that. The girl who rang me up was very nice. The other coworkers behind her seemed a bit under trained with how they were actin & talking and what they were talking about without caring they had customers in the restaurant.

My husband and I went in for lunch at our family’s favorite location in the area and was not greeted by the counter staff which isn’t the problem, she acted and sounded very inconvenienced by having to interact with us to the point the walked away from the counter before our interaction was complete. When I went back up to the counter, she saw me, proceeded to scoff and roll her eyes at me for reappropriating her to ask for an extra sauce. Tread cautiously if you’re looking for a fun family environment here.

I had lost trust in Wendy’s.
After a terrible experience in the SF Bay Area at this chain I was … Unsure why anybody would ever choose this chain over McD or BK or anything (with the exception of Wienerschnitzel, they will always be my least favorite). Now on a road trip with the fiance we stopped here at this random Wendy’s. And now I get it.
So what happened: The service at the counter was outstanding, the Sir who took care of our order was patient, funny, asked just the right questions to understand our tastes and catered to our needs. The food either changed in the last 4 years or this is the first Wendy’s I visited that is able to deliver. Ghost pepper chicken sandwich: Juicy and spice crisps in just the right amount. Saucy Nuggs: Still crispy but well coated.
Whoever ran the evening shift on the 9th September 2024 between 7:30 and 8:30pm, is to be recommended, promoted and crowned. You have turned me back into a believer, that at Wendys it actually starts with Fresh and ends with a delighted customer!

Some food was warm. Some food was cold… Had to stand in front of the register for 10 minutes before I was waited on and there was no line. This is certainly not what Wendy’s used to be…or should be

Used to be my go to fast food fix. Got cold food, no sauce was put in the bags (3 bags of food were ordered), and when I asked for sauce they told me it was 50 cents per sauce. Won’t be going back.

Ordered two asiago chicken sandwiches without bacon and a Dave’s double with no onions but both sandwiches came with bacon and the Dave’s double had onions in it. Ordered a cold brew and then asked for a caramel one and the heavy set lady named Aydali gave me a long sigh like I was inconveniencing her by asking for a caramel. People who give attitude to customers over something as simple as this and can’t take an order properly should really look into finding another job.

As much as I want this place to be good… It’s not. They are slow, most of the staff are hard to understand. (English doesn’t seem to be their first language)
Unfortunately, this is the only fast food place in the area, so it survives on mediocre staff and service.
It’s a shame really, it could be good with a little attention from upper management.

I’m from the uk and I had this after a night at the cape. One too many drinks and was feeling sick. This Wendy’s revived me, some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. I’m writing this a year later just because I’m thinking about it and jealous of my past self. That’s how good it was. The berry frostie was to die for and god the burger was incredible
